Such an amazing hardware shop. They always have everything I’m looking for and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous.

Lovely array of all things garden and home. This shop suits all pockets and staff are friendly but not intrusive whilst browsing . A good place for wild bird food and feeders. Always enjoy shopping and if an item is not in stock they can order it for you

I moved to the area recently and this is the place to go for those random bits that you often no longer find on the high street. The staff are super helpful - I have come in more than once with questions over diy items - the shop feels really welcoming. Highly recommend.

This shop fills a massive gap in the DIY requirement area the staff are helpfull and prices reasonable there is a large amount of choice I the many areas of DIY.
Free parking at the rear of the shop is bonus.

Always have the little DIY bits I need & today was no exception. Prices are pretty good for a small high street firm when compared to the national chains, but the service so much better - Issy and Daniel were friendly and very helpful. Will continue to support this local store 👍🏼

Always great service at Home Hardware. They had the light bulbs my mum wanted me to get for her today, and while I was there I found a Pyrex casserole and and some seeds I'd been meaning to buy. Veritable treasure trove!

Love the people that run this place, very friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of their products. If you cannot find what you are looking for, then they are more than happy to order it in for you. Some prices vary, a few pennies over what other major shops would sell, but more often a few pennies lower than what other shops sell. All in all, my favourite home and and hardware eir shop.

Alton Home Hardware is a very useful and handy shop, the staff are helpful and polite.
Many of the products are cheaper than the big retail outlets on the industrial estate, especially their paint which is considerably cheaper.
Their home delivery service is also very good,
Highly recommended.
