Chatwin jewellers cannock

The ladies were absolutely fantastic with our girls aged 4 and 5 when having their ears pierced. They were brilliant explaining to the girls what they were doing and let us moms stand in between them and hold the girls hands while they were getting them pierced. They were nervous going in but because the atmosphere was relaxed they absolutely loved the result and were happy enough soon after. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful jewellers.

Popped in to see if they could reshape my other halves wedding ring. Was greeted by a lovely bunch of staff and an exceptionally helpful lady (sorry didn't catch your name). Within about 15 minutes the ring was back in shape with much care taken by the gentleman up stairs (again sorry just terrible with names). The ring looked brand new and i was massively impressed how quick this was done. Thank you so much will definitely be suggesting your store to people! The shop had plenty of well priced jewellery but above everything the staff went above and beyond which means a lot!

Went with my 13 yo daughter yesterday both to have 2nd ear piercings. The ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First class service and aftercare. Would definitely go again.

Took my Daughter to have her second lobe piercing, they thought they didn't have the studs she had chosen so had an alternative pair, she had her piercings and we left, one of the ladies came and found us in town as they had found the pair she originally chose, and gave her a pair to her to change, once her piercings have healed. Absolutely lovely service and such a generous gesture, they didn't need to but went above and beyond to make my daughters day, thank you lovely ladies. Would highly recommend this place for children's lobe piercings they're professional and extremely thoughtful.

The ladies at Chatwins made me feel so comfortable and at ease last week when I popped in on the off chance to get my ears pierced again.Such lovely welcoming people and I would highly recommend to people :)

Took my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced on Saturday. She was nervous but excited too. The ladies who did the piercing were amazing, reassured my daughter and before we knew it, it was done. Can’t recommend them enough 😊

Popped into Chatwins this morning needing a bit of help with a restoration project of an old swatch watch. They were so helpful, genuinely interested in what I was trying to achieve and so happy to help. A really lovely experience. The stone came out of my wife’s engagement ring, the staff we’re all really helpful and Greg repaired the ring and reset the stone. Perfect job at the right price and it looks fantastic. A big thank you to the whole team

Would recommend!! Really nice shop. Busy on a Saturday but the member of staff serving me took his time and didn't rush me in any way.
Bought a watch and was told that the shop can resize it if needed as it's a gift for my partner. The store offered gift wrapping for my item and it was beautifully done. I'm very impressed and will be returning.

Brilliant customer service from the lovely gentleman who took the time to ensure I found a piece of jewelry I was 110% happy with. He ran back and forth across the store to find items which I may like, and was knowledgeable regarding styles of rings I described as wanting, best fits, easy to use clasps on bracelets and which items would match the level of wear and tear I needed them to suit.
Very pleased and I will be returning, much to my partner's frustration!

I had tricky surgery today inside the shop by a loverly nurse called Elaine. My ear ring hole had healed over but she rolled up her sleeves and put on her over sized gloves and got stuck into getting my tiny stud back into my ear. Nothing was too much trouble for Elaine she even sent out for some smaller gloves so she Could complete the task in hand. I must say we had a good laugh it was pain free I can’t recommend enough Chatwins the Nurse sorry the jewellers what a welcoming and friendly place this is Thank you x

I went in to Chatwin Jewellers to ask about putting in a battery into my Swarovski watch. I was on my large royale 4 scooter and despite the large scooter I was welcomed into the shop then when I was leaving the two ladies moved the big table in the middle of the room and helped me manoeuvre myself safely out of the shop. I was really impressed how disability friendly everyone was. Thank you very much ladies you were wonderful 😊

We took our daughter to have her ears pierced @ Chatwin's Jewellers, we travelled from Tamworth to Cannock based on fantastic reviews! We can honestly say that the service was fantastic, my daughter felt completely at ease and Chatwin's made us feel extremely welcome! I would definitely recommend Chatwin's to anyone looking to get ears pierced, also for a personal jeweller experience they are the ideal place to go!

Fantastic service from Kev. A very sentimental ring needed a repair (snapped as worn out) I didn't want a replacement band, I wanted it repaired to keep it as close as possible to the original. Repair all completed, at a good price. The service I received from Kev was 5 stars, an asset to the business, highly recommended and will definitely be using Chatwins again. Thankyou.

A massive thank you to Greg for achieving what pandora couldn't do for my wife's bracelet ,fixing and putting on a new clasp ,and at a very reasonable price ,my wife Susan Whelan cannot thank you enough you have saved me from having to buy a new bracelet ,that pandora wanted us to do .
