The Colliery Practice

I’ve been a patient at the colliery for about 2 years and have been more reliant than I wish I had to be on them due to poor health. They have never once let me down, they are always so pleasant to talk with - clinical and clerical - always able to get appointments in decent times, never made to feel a nuisance, medication/referals/signposting always completed efficiently. It is so heartwarming to see that professionalism is still going strong at this practice!

I never wait long for an appointment or for the appointment itself when I arrive. Quick check ins and a great pharmacy in the same building and literally a few feet from the waiting room

my partner went to get the coil fitted and i pushed them in a wheelchair. not sure of her name but the lady we saw was so nice and understanding about my partners ptsd. loses one star because the receptionist was rude. i walked in when the door opened and the receptionist told me i need to stand outside but i said im disabled and she said i need to wait outside again (she was on the phone for quite a while) so my partner repeated it for me. the receptionist wasnt listening but someone else came and said its okay she’ll let the doctor know we’re here

Called for an appointment due to a cough for over 2 weeks, same cough my PT had and wasnt covid and needed antibiotics due to being chest infection. Had negative lateral test but told to get PCR test and someone could do a telephone appointment at 18:35. Waited after doing my PCR but no one called and no one let me know they couldnt do it. Waste of time.
UPDATE called again to see what happened, no appointment in the diary, no record or notes of my call??
