Wonderful service - helped us choose a great TV and did a superb job of installing it too. They were recommended to us by a friend, and having used them I can certainly see why - we would gladly recommend also.

My tv, expensive and supplied by WA a couple of years ago had a picture issue. Two engineers called this morning, I only reported it yesterday, and found the problem. It was plugged into the wrong HDMI port. Couldn’t ask for better than that. Thanks.

I purchased my Samsung Frame from Weybridge Audio today. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. The showroom is modern and sleek with all the latest tech. The service that I received from Matthew was first class, a great demo of the product and a natural conversation to go with. This was my first purchase from Weybridge Audio but I will certainly be back. This tops purchasing from the big corporates any day of the week.

I can say from the bottom of my heart, that I am so very grateful for the Team's guidance, care and help. Nathan's product knowledge, salesmanship and customer experience skill's are second to none, and it goes without saying he is a true asset to Weybridge Audio. I know that as a family business it can be somewhat hard to compete against the likes of Richer Sounds etc. but honestly, with the skills in your team, I think your miles ahead of them.

An exemplary company with excellent and delightful staff.
Placing the initial order and receiving information from Graham on the product to be purchased was of immense help. He was also kind enough to change the delivery date and time to suit me due to a family commitment.
The delivery and installation of the 65 inch Sony TV by both Billy and Enzo was done in an extremely professional and careful manner with care being shown to the property. Both of them went beyond just the installation of the TV, they were kind enough to connect the surround sound system and stabilise the radiator cover the sound bar was to be placed on.
Many thanks for providing a perfect service and look I forward to making further purchases from Weybridge Audio.

Super helpful. I only went in to ask about getting some mounting screws for a tv I already have and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be back when I need a TV!

I bought a hifi system for my daughter. They were really knowledgeable. Listened to what I was wanting to achieve and offered great advice which saved me money. I bought a fabulous deck and speakers that fit nicely into the space she has. Would highly recommend.

Super service and excellent price. And after sales support also brilliant, I had a problem with the TV bracket not tilting properly (Cantilevered) which they replaced without any fuss at all. Highly recommended

Really helpful, lots of good ideas and what appeared to be honest advice - plus I wasn't even buying anything that day! Have been back since to purchase speaker cable only (the rest at a later date) and again, helpful, more useful advice plus gave some discount on the cable. Price already seems fair when compared to, for eg, richer sounds.
