Came here after a bad experience at Walton Bridge Car Park (don’t go there). The guys were lovely and didn’t make me feel bad for having such a mucky car. Reasonably priced and friendly service. Will definitely use again.

This is the first time Ive had my car washed at PAL services. After just buying a 2nd hand car it needed a serious clean! Really friendly team, I was greeted with smiles and even shown where I could get lunch and do some shopping while they washed the car. The car was spotless inside and so shiny outside I almost didn't recognise it. I was quoted almost double the price for the same service somewhere else so really good value for money at PAL too. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a thorough clean.

Great service, booked in for valet, wasn’t able to get through easily and was called directly to book, which was very nice, did my shopping and car was ready when I was done, as a pregnant lady I was even assisted in packing my groceries in my boot - no part of the service ;) but lovely gesture.
