Honestly, if you’re debating whether or not to buy a car from these guys, just do it. A five star rating isn’t high enough. Nothing is too much trouble for Louis and Vince and it’s plainly obvious you’re buying a quality used vehicle for a reasonable price . These guys are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to good cars, and I have every confidence that they only buy the best - therefore they only sell the best! Thank you both so much.

Absolutely thrilled with our recent purchase. Vince was super friendly and helpful, talking us through the car, which despite it coming to him as a part exchange (so not one of his usual high spec vehicles) he was very passionate about and had taken time to make sure he was happy that it was in the right condition to sell on. After a test drive, my son and I were welcomed into his home whilst we talked through the service history and paperwork and Vince was really honest and helpful. To top it all off Vince very kindly arranged to deliver the car to our house himself and helped with the vehicle registration process. Would highly recommend EMC to anyone. Many thanks again.

After many months of searching for the right car I found the exact BMW F33 convertible in Estoril Blue at EMC in Oxford. I was a bit sceptical driving all that way as I live in Doncaster but after a long chat with Louis on the phone he settled my concerns.
From start to finish Louise was amazing so polite and helpful on the phone totally gave an accurate description of the car and sent through extra photos of the car so I could get a good honest idea of it’s condition.
After a decent but long 160 mile drive we pulled into EMC and immediately saw the car looking far better than any photos can do justice it was exactly as Louis had described it and after a good test drive my wife and I decided to buy it.
It was exactly what we had been looking for and at a very reasonable price and Louis assured us that if we had any issues with the car we were covered and he would sort out any problems.
This turned out to be very useful as two weeks into ownership it developed a small knocking on the steering which turned out to be the top mount on the front N/S strut.
Louis was a man of his word and totally covered and paid for the work to be done with out any fuss , that’s how all car dealerships should be as it’s a lot of money when your spending 20K plus on a car.
I can’t fault EMC and Louis and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From the moment I contacted vince with a brief inquiry, He was responsive, Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and was honest right from the start he didn't hold back any information, Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises, gave me the full picture, so I could make my own mind up before coming to view the car. I can thoroughly recommend this company. I sold my own car and then more recently my sisters car to EMC. Vince and Sarah were superb to deal with. They always replied promptly to e-mails and messages and the complete selling experience was faultless and reassuring. Handing over a car to someone you have not met before, while hoping that you get your money, can be concerning, but not with EMC. Vince and Sarah explained the process prior to collecting the vehicle and everything worked perfectly with no hassle or worry. Vince and Sarah are not just highly professional, but genuinely care about their customers and business. When I explained that my sister was having to sell her low-mileage car because of health reasons Vince said if the car sold quickly and at a fair price, then he maybe able to forward my sister an additional amount. EMC kept their promise. I doubt many other companies in the automotive sales business would have!

A thoroughly professional and personal experience with Sarah and Vincent of EMC. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. I first viewed the car on a Sunday, had a no pressure test drive with Sarah, none of the usual "sales pitch" rubbish which was very refreshing. Went back the next day for another test drive, this time with Vince who is very very passionate about cars especially the Volvo XC90 hybrid :) The both of them complement each other well and offer a different perspective on the cars which is helpful.

The car was priced very well and matched exactly what the advert said. No haggling required as I didn't want to insult them. A few minor jobs to be done but I paid a deposit and left a happy man. They were very accommodating to my various requests relating to delaying the pick up and changing the V5 documents.

Upon collection the very minor issues had been sorted, car was spotless and all paperwork was in order. The car makes smile just looking at it - it is my dream car :)

EMC are a fantastic place to buy a second hand car from and will be the first place I look at when I replace the fantastic Volvo V90 CC we’ve just bought from them. From the very first contact They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my many questions on the car’s history, condition and specification. The car was competitively priced and the spec was fantastic. It was so refreshing to not feel pressured into buying the car. EMC gave us all the time we needed. Highly recommended.
