Travis Perkins

I regularly order from Travis Perkins, all the guys there are great, really helpful and professional.
I had a minor issue with my last order where the wrong material was sent in error.
It had been a few weeks, i only noticed when i went to use it.
I messaged Travis Perkins, Aberystwyth, just to let them know. As it had been a while ago, i just wanted to make them aware. I didn’t expect anything.

But the guys actually brought the correct stuff over for me the same day!

Really helpful staff including one of their lorry drivers who told me he wasn't from this branch but would help me find where the timber I needed was located, and he did. Would recommend.

Extremely helpful staff. Moved my order around to get me the optimum items at the best price. Delivered when they said it would be and the delivery man helped us unload. Very satisfied.

Local branch Aberystwyth bent over backwards to help and get my delivery to me on time, at there own expense. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Very Quick to unload me and happy n helpful with it

I made my order online and then a month later I had to phone them 3 times to get it actually delivered. They didn't answer the first two calls I made and they ignored my messages. When I finally got through they were abrupt, quite rude and didn't apologize for the delay in my order. The items were fine though, hence the two stars. My advice, go to Mount Trading instead
