Annandale Medical Centre

We have always received a great service from Annandale. GP practices are generally having a really tough time at the moment but we are very happy with Annandale. As a family, we have always been able to get an appointment when needed (by calling reception or via the app) and everyone I have spoken to has been professional and caring.

I have to say the receptionist I spoke to this morning was absolutely kind and helpful. On the whole, in the 4 years I’ve been with this practice, I’ve had good care and been able to get appointments.

A wonderful surgery. All staff are most helpful and amenable. Many thanks to you all.

I saw Elaine Goddard for my medical review and was extremely impressed by her professionalism. I was seen on time and she explained the process which involved taking my blood pressure and a blood test which was painless! She called me with the results 5 days later. Excellent service. Thank you Elaine!

I can highly recommend Annadale Medical Centre. The reception and medical staff are truly amazing. They are compassionate and supportive and always helpful. I have never had an issue with getting an appointment and the care that myself and my daughter have received has been exceptional.

We moved to this practice just over a year ago.
We have been able to book appointments when needed.
The Doctors and Nurses we have met have all been fantastic, especially with the care of our Mother.
The Receptionists can be a little gruff, but in the usual 'Gatekeeper' way.
All in all we are very happy that we changed.

I've been with them for 5 years,and i've always receive good service(sometimes i didn't resolve straight away my medical problem,but in the end they managed to help me)
Shame that they don't have enough parking space....but overall I I think is the best in Potters Bar

Difficult to book appointments.Unfortunately they do not allow this online, so this results in a telephone race and all lines become full each day within seconds.

However their care is excellent when you do manage to be seen.

Someone there misplaced my NHS registration form so I had to go back to fill a new one, only to experience bad customer service. I ended up registering at Parkfield Medical Center instead and they were quite pleasant there.

You cannot book advance appointments. Ring at 8am on the day and you will be lucky to get through in time to get an appointment before they are all taken.

Update 12.03.24: I called precisely at 8am this morning and have been 'caller number 28' for the past 10 minutes. To the Annandale Practice Manager - sort this out please - it's not a joke!!!
2022 review: What has happened to what was once a wonderful surgery with brilliant GPs?! Phone service is awful, rude receptionists, dreadful to say the least.
