Archers Cafe Red Bank Farm Campsite

Bearing in mind this cafe is so close to home, I should frequent it far more than I actually do. Called at peak lunchtime so the inevitable wait for a table was understandable. The two dishes I tried were scrumptious. The access roads are narrow in places but there’s free coastal parking at the venue. A stunning location with terrific views is an added bonus 👍🏻

Lovely surprise when we arrived not what we were expecting from a cafe. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of it quick hot and tasty. Staff very nice happy to chat. Will definitely return. Lunch menu looks amazing. Also lovely cakes and ice cream for take away.

Lovely lunch here on Easter Saturday. Homemade steak pie was delicious. The Bowker sausages on the all day breakfast were beautiful. Home made cakes to finish what's not to like? Staff were all very pleasant and seemingly happy in their work. We will definitely be back xx

We had to wait quite a while for a table but gosh was it worth it. The food was fantastic and this was matched by the friendly, happy staff. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely cafe,very helpful staff cakes and cappuccino wonderful. Bet the food is lovely too, but we called in a bit late. Super stop off as we headed home. 😉👍

It's a lovely café in the village, I hear that it's the most popular one and no doubt about that. We had some scones with butter, jam and clotted cream and coffee, it was delicious.

We came again today, had milk shakes and cake, the staff makes you feel so welcomed as always and the deserts are satisfyingly high calories 😀

My friend who lives in Kendal brought me here & I treated her to lunch which was delicious. We both had fish (whale) & chips & then sticky toffee pud for my friend & cream scone for me. All totally delish.

Amazing place to go. The food and service is 1st class every time we go from breakfast, lunch and the amazing homemade cakes... Coconut and Lime is my favourite. It is usually busy and sometimes you may have to wait to be seated but this is a positive that shows how popular it is and you are always guaranteed to get a good home cooked meal whenever you go.

A really nice Hiden gem, people travel far and wide to come here and I can see why. Can't book so you have to queue but that's not a bad thing. Sorry no pictures of the food. The campsite is really good too, been here a few times.

We didn't ask before arriving about whether they took dogs indoors, but the staff were excellent and we sat outside undercover and were provided with warm blankets. The food and service were excellent.

Nice place bit of a que to get in but apparently that is very normal and it can be worse than what it was for me today. Only waited 10-15 min at most. Well worth the wait! Great food I had the BBQ pulled pork chibata and salt and pepper chips they were great also a friend's recommendation is the chicken chibata.

What an absolute gem of a place, very cosy, food is excellent and lots of friendly sparrows when you eat outside 👍

Cosy and beautiful cafe. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Had the qpple cinnamon cake with vanilla ice cream which is yummy. Absolutely love the hot chocolate with the full works!!

Great little cafe. Good coffee, friendly staff members and there's even a little petting zoo! Dog friendly (we went to the "barn" bit)

My first visit to Archers, and certainly not my last !!!
We had a little time to wait for a table, but it was well worth it.
Prawn cocktail sandwiches were chosen today, highly recommended …
Juicy succulent prawns dressed in creamy mayo and served on beautiful fresh brown bread.
I can also recommend the salt and pepper chips …. FAB !!!

Lovely place, friendly and knowledgeable staff & delicious home cooking - which is why you go, isn't it really? The other things just make it special!
