Pets at Home Maidstone

Friendly and helpful staff. Today they were especially friendly and it was quite refreshing! All wearing Christmas themed things, the store was decorated. People were bringing in dogs and letting children stroke them.
The shop is not the cheapest, however after a terrible incident with grain mites from Aldi dog food - we’ve gone back to the tried and tested Pets at home stores. We have been shopping here now for well over 10 years on and off.

I had a excellent experience when I shopped in the Aylesford store. I was served by Nick the store manager. Fabulous advice about fleas on my dog. I am happy to say my dog is much happier. Please can you make sure Nick gets a huge pat on the back. Thank you

Every pets home up and down the country have wonderful staff and a good range of essentials. Each member of the team seems to be fulfilled and happy working together. I've been to several and its always the same, service and advice with a smile.

Last night I was served by an assistant called Nick. He helped me sort out issues with my cats and dogs. He was extremely helpful and even though it was almost closing time, he never rushed me out of the store. He carried on giving me top advice. BIG thank you.

I want to say thank you to the assistant by the name of Nick he was very helpful when I came to getting the correct food for my dog and advising me on how much to give him a day and also what treats he could have and what he couldnt have to help with his requirements he is a credit to the company.

Very large selection of animal foods etc and staff very quick at serving or asking if you need assistance.

Very helpful staff this morning, helped me carry goods in shop and out to my car. Thank you

Went in to the store as wanted to get back into fish keeping and wanted to buy a small tank and supplies I needed to get me going after a break from the hobby for many years.

Mark was the shop assistant that helped me and in all honesty I was blown away by his amazing service.

Mark helped me choose the bits I needed and even went into detail about each thing I purchased which reassured me I had all I needed to set my tank up.

I set my tank up today and am now cycling it before adding my Betta fish but know where I'll be heading when I make any fish keeping purchases in future.

Lovely people work here they are always helpful and my dogs love visiting getting and All the cuddles, the 5 month old puppy gets so exited and knows where we are as soon as we pull up outside

Fantastic and attentive service, particularly the girl behind the till. Wish I could remember her name; long, black hair, lashes, quite young... She is great with customers and always greets us with a smile. Well done

We went there to get a collar and harness and some accessories for our new fur ball Cavapoo called Flosie the staff were exceptional taking time to make sure it all fitted correctly and were happy with our purchases.

Now this is not the sort of place that I'd give 5 stars due to what the store is & it's location on that awful estate but .........
The customer service I received today ( and on other occasions) but particularly today was absolutely first class in fact above & beyond from a fella called Mark. Yes you could say "he is doing his job" ! True !!!!!
But I've got so use to going to shops and being served by someone who really doesn't give a toss about the job and they're there just to pick up the wage every month.
The shop was busy and I caught hold of Mark as he came by me and asked when he was free if he could come and help me out with some advice on some hutches as I was ready to go elsewhere to buy them as I couldn't see what I wanted. After a couple of minutes he came to help me with a big smile & a friendly face and was willing to make sure I got sorted out. It was down to him & him only I spent nearly £200 in store when I was on the point of going elsewhere.

Just been to pets at home Maidstone with my new puppy peggy and Matt was extremely helpful with getting her fitted for her first harness with lots of cuddles thrown in , he helped me with her flea treatment and was just fantastic, was them served by Owen who was also incredibly nice and helpful especially when my card played up and they both had lots of cuddles to reassure peggy

Both staff members were so amazing and helpful, nothing was too much trouble so thanku again both of u xx

HUGE THANKS TO Nick , Lesley an Libby , they were super helpful yesterday , help me bag an amazing bargain for my furbabies , and loaded into my car , literally nothing was too much for them yesterday, keep it up guys - will be back soon xxx

Good selection of pet food at low prices.

We took our dog down yesterday afternoon as our usual vet did not deem it was an emergency to see him. Pets at home saw him within half and hour, provided advice and treatment. They were amazing with him. We have transferred his care over and shall be registering our other dog too.

Staff always very friendly and helpful!!
