Very critical & essential works were required to ensure our day to day business operations would not be bought to a standstill by any unsuspected power outages.

Shenton responded and took this complicated task through it's survey stages all the way through to completion. The level of professionalism & promptness displayed by Shenton has been second to none & as the sole Asset Maintainer & Owner for our on-site generators, I can not recommend them enough.

An excellent experience, from initial sales contact and engineering scope all the way through to installation. Whilst the project was for a reasonably sized domestic application it received the same professional care and attention one would expect of a major industrial programme. Special mention to Daniel, James, Farley and Ruth for the seamless customer service. Unreservedly recommended.

After having major issues with a so-called "Generator Specialist" we needed to find a company that was competent in ensuring our backup power facilities were installed correctly as well as safe.
After speaking with Shenton Group over the phone, an initial site survey was carried out along with the works that were needed to rectify all the problems a couple of weeks later.
The engineer, Graeme, who carried out the survey and the work did and excellent job and make us feel safe and in good hands.
I would recommend Shenton Group to anyone that needs any sort of backup power generation or maintenance on existing facilities

The team at Shenton Group surpassed our expectations in the CHP project that we recently installed. The project incorporated a CHP engine that utilized a waste heat boiler & a heat exchanger to generate hot water from the low grade heat.

The team managed the workload well, scheduled downtime in advance, communicated well & also reacted quickly to a few requests.

We've use the Shenton Group for almost 10 years now for our power and cabling needs for a small party that we do each year. We find that they are not only very professional but friendly and helpful as well. I would not hesitate to recommended them.

I had reason to contact ‘Shenton group’ on Saturday evening to rectify a power failure here at the barn. We are completely off grid and had 100 guests celebrating a wedding!!! without power or water. From start to finish the service I received from Shenton Group was outstanding – from my initial call to the arrival of the engineer. The lady who first answered the phone (apologies for not remembering her name) quickly grasped the magnitude of the problem and put the wheels in motion. I would particularly like to thank ‘Alex Edmunds’ who went above and beyond the call to assist in attempting to rectify the issue.

It is a service that I don’t want to use very often, if at all, but Saturdays exploits having given me the certainty that if it does goes wrong Shenton Group will be there to assist.

Absoulutely outstanding service in a moment of crisis. As an FM for a Care Home Group we are incredibly grateful for the support during Storm Arwen, I doubt there is an example of better customer service and response times available from anyone else.

Shentons installed and commissioned a CHP for us with complications that required an export limitation device, they were extremely helpful in explaining the technical details to us and liaising with UKPN and our subcontractors to provide the required BWIC.
Luke also went beyond the call of duty and assisted us by remote access for an acoustic test at 1am in the morning.

Very please with 83kVA generator we bought from Shenton. This was delivered and positioned yesterday without problem. We are pharmaceutical manufacture and this level of service can make the difference between a patient receiving treatment or not.
