Very friendly staff, alway seem to have everything i need for my cats and reptiles in stock! Bugs bought here last 2-3 days longer on average than the other big chain pet store in Andover

My first time in Pets Corner today. I wanted to get 2 new collars for my dogs Sasha & Lucca.
The two staff on today, Oliver and Lucy, were so very helpful and accommodating of my need as a person with a disability.
Both went out of their way to help me with my purchases.

The shop itself is bright and well laid out with very good quality products.

I will certainly be using them in future for my pet shopping.

We visited the store today for the first time to get some kitten food, thinking it would be the typical pet store. Definitely not the case , the staff here are incredibly informative and helpful, and they clearly have a passion for what they do , we will definitely be regular customers - Maverick loves his new food thanks for your help today Debbie.

The staff here are really great. Especially Debbie, Louise and Jessi. They are always friendly and extremely helpful. The puppy hour on Saturdays has been very good and fun for our Ruby. It’s now our favorite pet shop.😍

Today I visited Pets Corner, Salisbury Road, Andover and as always the service I received is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for Debbie - as again I needed some advice about pet food, kibble etc for my somewhat fussy dog. It is a lovely, friendly atmosphere in Pets Corner whenever I visit, which is regularly, and I love their range of dog food and the special brands they have available. Thanks as always to Debbie, and also the other members of staff, for all their help, which I appreciate so much, being visually impaired too.

Just like to say what a great members of staff you have. Debbie is so informative on products it’s out standing. I’ve introduced my daughter and many other to Pets Corner and all are very happy.
To day I saw Jess I needed help with flee and tick products she was so happyful I came away happy.

Pets at Corner deserves a 5 star. From the second my partner & I walked through the door, Debbie was very helpful. We have bought our first puppy and Debbie was helpful with a few tips and provided extensive information which is going to be helpful for us with our new pup. Great corner shop which is fully stocked with everything you need for your pets be it food, toys, comfy baskets or mats to name a few. Immaculate, large spacious shop. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in their niches. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, automatic doors opening. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing its has everything you could poosibly need for your fur babies and the layout is excellent and friendly polite and helpful staff too

We've visited the Andover Pets Corner branch a few times and the staff there are always super helpful.

We went in with our new puppy to have his collar and harness fitting and new tag made. The staff were very professional with the fitting and gave us all the information we needed.

They also signed our Puppy up for the Saturday Puppy Hour session :)

The store has lots of different stock for all types of animals, lots of choice for dogs.

Clean, tidy, a great shop with lots of quality stock. Phoned before travelling over to confirm whether the item was in stock, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using the shop in the future. 👍

Getting new puppy on Saturday, looked in store just to do some research. The store is fantastic with quality products, and Debbie who helped us was very knowledgeable. We came away with lots of stuff for our new puppy, this will be the shop of choice.

Slightly more expensive than pets at home, but way more choice for treats. Prefer their collars and harnesses too. They also do frozen mice for snakes! The staff here are really friendly and helpful, and puppy hour on Saturdays has been very useful for socialisation. They also have scales for you to weigh your puppy which is super helpful.

Lovely helpful and really care about animals and family pets.
Really helpful lady (works for the Andover branch called Debbie) went into so much detail about the perfect choice for our Pedigree maine coons and I must admit they have been enjoying their biscuits
with a high meat content so much
more.
Also helped us pick out a liki bowl for our elderly and poorly doggy which has slowed his eating and helped hugely.

So glad to have found this store, the advice provided by Debbie was very informative and educational. Having gone with her recommendations our puppy, Max, is thriving. She couldn't have been more helpful, polite and courteous as were all the staff in this store. Outstanding customer service for your pets.

Staff are lovely and you can generally get all of your essentials. They're always available to answer questions if you're worried about certain things and if your pet doesn't like anything you've bought, you can take it back to get a refund or exchange. Can't fault it really

First visit to the shop today, and Rosie was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were advice seeking before getting our first dog, and Rosie gave us all the information available to her, making us confident on our journey to dog ownership. We will definitely be back.
