Boiler Installation - Tonbridge

I am extremely happy with the work the boiler installation specialists carried out at our home. They did an excellent and neat job, my partner (who is in the building trade) even commented on tidiness and perfection of their workmanship. I dealt with Luke, the owner of AbleForce who during the whole process delivered a great service and offered advice and support. The engineers were really polite and worked solid for 2 days! 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone

Bathroom installation
I was recommended to use Ableforce Services by my close friend and I wasn’t disappointed with the service I received at all.
I wanted a new bathroom suite installed including new tiles. I was given a competitive quote by Luke (Ableforce).
All the work was carried out efficiently and to an incapable standard. In total it took around 5 days for the bathroom to be fitted which worked out perfectly as I was away for a couple of days, which meant on my return, I had a completely newly fitted bathroom.
All engineers were very polite, trustworthy and the cleanliness of work was great. I would defiantly recommend to family/friend as I was not disappointed in the slightest with my new bathroom.

My boiler broke down on Saturday 13th 2021. I know that Worcester are a good make so thought I should try them so i filled out my details and within minutes I had a message from Luke at Ableforce asking if it was ok to ring and he may be able to get me up and running without even coming out. It did turn out that I did in fact need a new boiler So i sent over some details and photos of my current install. The next day Luke sent me a quote (Sunday) which I was surprised about. I I then rang Luke on Monday and asked some questions in which he answered in laymen turns which helped me. On Wednesday James turned up and installed my new boiler who was very helpful/polite and made sure that everything was working as it should be before leaving. I could not of asked for a better experience from Ableforce from beginning to end I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Having been let down by Whirlpool to connect a new cooker. James of Ableforce came to the rescue. He had to do more work than either of us anticipated, but he did it without complaint. Checked everything and cleaned up after the works were completed.

Cannot fault the service, it was excellent and would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend

I can thourghly recommend this company having recently had a new boiler installed, and they also identified some additional work that needed attending to without further charge The work was carried out quickly and totally professionally with no mess and little inconvience. Finally, they returned within a few days,to ensure that all work was to my satisfaction Fabulous service and all within covid restrictions ,,,,EXCELLENT ...

I rang Ableforce for some advice and Luke returned my phone call having obtained the info I required. He spent a great deal of time explaining my options and visited my home to check the installation I have. He was friendly,knowledgable and went above and beyond to assist me with my query.I will have no hesitation using this company again for future work.

Luke and James fitted my new boiler today, really nice lads done a excellent job very neat and tidy . Thanks and im a really fussey man and gas safe qualifed myself, and i was really inpressed with the service and expertise of the workmanship, i would strongly reccomend them to any body, im even calling them back to do extra work for me.

Just had james install a complete new boiler system for me, he did a first class job, all working well, tidied up after himself, led me through the process. Nice amiable guy that you don,t mind letting loose in your house! Couldnt recommend highly enough. -Simon, Petersfield.

Had a new combi boiler fitted, the company provided a professional installation and kept us on formed of everything they were doing.

I used Ableforce in an emergency breakdown situation, and went with them because they were local (I always prefer to use and support local firms) and because they had good reviews.
I'm giving them a low rating not because the engineer was bad (the chap was nice) but because they charged me a call out fee for an hours work and they didn't fix or even diagnose anything.
The engineer claimed that he couldn't get access after an hour, and that we needed to dismantle our cupboard first.
I still had no heating and it took an hour to explore the issue and a £90 bill, and I was no closer to knowing what the issue was, and still had no heating.
I was very annoyed afterwards, and did what I should have done in the first place which was to Google possible issues.
I tried a few online things and low and behold I found the answer and it cost me 25 minutes of my own time and £17.50 for a part from screwfix.

And I know nothing about underfloor heating.

I paid their invoice out of principal, and expressed my displeasure at the outcome, but no one seemed to care.
I don't write reviews normally, but £90 for no answers and no heating seems unfair.
