The car failed and had a long list of repairs needed which they addressed expertly and advised us about every step of the way. They are very thorough and the invoice extremely fair. Recommended. First time using the business. They managed to fit me in on incredibly short notice for an MOT. The car failed pretty badly with some issues that needed further investigation. I was kept informed at every stage and there were no surprises when it came to the final price. Car now not only has the MOT but drives much better. I found out my MOT was due at the end of the day and I needed my car the next day, PG Service although fully booked said they would help me, and then it failed it’s MOT, but rather than them saying they were too busy, they said they’d order part & fit it. They stayed til 1930 to fix my car, they went beyond & I was very grateful and I could still go away. Thankyou

I came here with my beetle , it was in much need of love and attention, after I had not had it for long and was lied to on point of sale on how well the car worked . I turned up devastated. They stayed late to help me and rather than tell me to scrap it . They took the time , used their expertise to figure out what damage had been previously done and fully repaired and restored it to run again . I'm a super happy and they are lovely . I went here for my MOT. Usually I worry about MOTs and services as I have been lied to and ripped off by other garages in the past. But I have to say this garage was fantastic. They were very understanding when I was late (stuck in traffic) and when my MOT was finished, although it passed, the man spent a lot of of time going into detail about any potential issues with my car and which were urgent and which were not. He did not push me to book in anything else with him, although I certainly will do. Fabulous, professional and honest service.

Very helpful staff. Took the time to explain what needed fixing, and what needed replacing. Very good prices, and they did a very good job at fixing my car.Also I was kept updated about when they were due to finish, or if there were any problems. I would recommend this service to my family and friends.
