Amazing service. Managed to fit me in last minute after trying 6 garages who all said 2/3 week waiting time. The staff were so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Have used Britannia for a couple of years now following recommendations. Have used them for MOT/services as well as emergency repairs. Have always found them to be very friendly and accommodating. I feel they are honest and efficient and are very reasonably priced too. Would recommend!

Took my car in for an MOT, my car was in a state with the headlights damaged from previous owner, engine shield hanging off etc but they have been absolutely amazing with updates, the car has been fixed with a passed MOT, I am so incredibly happy with how they've repaired it. Fabulous service. I knew I needed an MOT and a bit of work done, I panicked about the price and then I panicked it wouldn’t be done in time for work! But Britannia made it happen and help me set up a payment plan so I can spread the cost. Plus it was done with great customer service. I will return when I need something again.

Never used Britannia MOT & repair centre before. Took my car there today as I had a 10am slot true to there word I was seen straight away. The staff were very friendly and put there self out.I would definitely recommend these guys as I will be using them from now on you only have to read there reviews that says it all. It's really hard to find a decent honest garage this day and age.

I have used Britannia for over 15 years and for all of my essential work vehicles. I have always found them the height of professionalism with efficient communication before the works and if they find any matters that need attention while the vehicles are with them or in the near future. They work clean and tidy and always have the vehicles ready when promised. There have been emergencies over the years, none of which have led to tears. They have always helped me out as a matter of urgency but not priced the work up as I used to get with previous garages and main dealers. Their paperwork is comprehensive and they complete all work on the recommended service guide of the vehicles, again something lacking in previous experience. In short, they have restored my faith in garages with their honest approach and sensible pricing. I would not go anywhere else.

Carried out my MOT yesterday and as I would rather have root canal surgery than have my car MOT'd(!) I was obviously nervous. The staff at Britannia put my mind at ease and the car passed with a couple of advisories, including a minor oil leak, but the examiner helpfully gave me some pointers as to the possible cause.

These guys are totally honest with good rates for repairs and I cannot rate them highly enough.

Friendly helpful place! Clean workshop, no half scrapped cars lying around - they clearly take pride in their business and workplace.

Sorted out my brakes for around half the price I'd been quoted by a national chain

The team at Britannia were really helpful. My MOT failed on its front shock absorbers at another centre and I was not able to get booked in before my MOT expired. Britannia were able to fit me in, sort my MOT and shock absorbers before my MOT expired. They even offered the MOT half price due to the fact I couldn't take advantage of the other centres 10 day free re-test, due to a lack of booking slots. Would return again, thank you:)

I have been using Britannia for a while now for all of my vehicles, personal and commercial. They are absolutely brilliant. They always manage to fit me in at short notice and it's a relief that I have a garage to use where I know they won't rip me off. Would highly recommend.
