Steve was wonderful when dealing with my car, I bought a car 8 weeks before the ABS control unit went. He diagnosed the job fast and was really patient when dealing with a long dispute with the warranty company. Soon as resolved it was incredibly fast the repair and so happy to have my car back! Thank you will see you again for the service :)

I was introduced to Stevensons Mercedes-Benz Specialists in Larkfield by another Chauffeur, and he was right and I can see why he and other Chauffeurs use Stevensons.

They are a very busy Mercedes specialist, but the owner Steve and his Team understand what its like to run a business and as a Chauffeur how I and others rely on our Mercedes fleet; they are always courteous and responsive to our needs and give a service equal to that, that I always aim to deliver, going above and beyond - In terms of service, I've met my equal!

Used this company for the first time today. I required a general service, mot, & automatic transmission service. Steves quote was adhered to (No shocks or surprises). All work carried out as requested to a high standard.
First impressions were very positive & I will be entrusting my car into their expert care again. Thankyou.

Took my old ML350 there with an oil leak, juddering on acceleration along with a host of minors issue. The team were extremely knowledgeable and professional and made feel that there wasn’t much they didn’t understand on any Mercedes.
Needless to say my car came back as good as new with everything fixed and a small service to boot.
So happy I will recommend to everyone and will be taking my car here for all servicing and works in the future.

Do as I did, cancel your service contract with MB and help this MB approved independent garage whilst saving yourself more than a few quid. I wish I'd changed garage years ago.

What a decent guy Steve is!
I called up, explained SRS Restraint fault issue, within 2 hours I was there, and within 5 mins it was diagnosed and cleared. All this for 1/3 of Main Dealer cost for exactly the same service!

Wow what superb service from Steve and his team! After experiencing intermittent dashboard warnings on my C220 I telephoned Stevensons to ask if they could take a look. They fitted me in the following morning and had sorted my problems out within the hour. Steve also advised me on several other things and soon had me on my way. A truly exceptional experience and I shall definitely be returning for all of my Mercedes maintenance. 100% recommended.

We had the privilege to be attended to at the Stevensons Independent Mercedes Benz Specialist to repair our ML350. Even though the issue was brought in at a last minute, Steven left all he was doing to personally attend to us.

Steven was respectful, polite, accommodating and honest with his services. Issues with the car was explained to us in a clear and transparent manner. It was shocking to see someone so busy took his time without presenting as being in a hurry to attend to us patiently

Steven also presented as such a person that takes pride and care in delivering nothing short of a premium service at a reasonable rate to his customers. We were very lucky to have found Stevensons who attended to us immediately, as we were previously told by another garage that it would take 2 weeks to attend to us.

We must commend the receptionist/partner for being so kind and welcoming on the phone. This welcoming atmosphere continued even whilst waiting for the car to be repaired. We had a great chat and a great advice from both Steven and his partner.

We would not hesitate to return to Stevensons independent garage because we had a superlative, wonderful, amazing and fantastic experience. If there's anything more that a five star, We would give it to you. in fact of our own accord, we will double the 5 stars to 10 stars!.

Just had another service with them and some general maintenance. Fantastic service as usual. They're patient, take the time to explain and, important to me, they're up front about costs and they stick to them. If anything else comes up, they warn me in advance so I can decide what to do. They always seem mad busy with cars which, IMO, is always the sign of a successful business. I drive 40 miles to be serviced by them because my local independent was not good. Also they're far cheaper and far more attentive than Mercedes.

When my local Mercedes garage presented me with an eye watering quotation for some repairs, I used Google and found this local independent who was able to provide me with much fairer pricing.

Despite being busy, Steve was very accommodating and was able to fit me in the following day for the urgent repairs, plus an MOT.

The service provided was excellent, and with a friendly smile too, it was obvious that he cares about his customers and wants them to return for the right reasons. The final price was as per the verbal quotation, and he even threw in a few extras for free that the main dealer was going to charge for (adjusting wheel bearings whilst the wheels were off as an example). It's little touches like that which makes me want to return as you know you're not getting ripped off. The advice was extremely honest too.

This was my first visit, I'll definitely return. I wish I'd found this garage a few years ago.

I can not praise this company enough. Following an accident, I had repairs done at another business and it wasn't completed properly. Stephenson's within the hour looked over the car, fixed the issue at not cost. What a lovely group of guys. After having read all the excellent reviews I booked my CLS W219 in for a service with them after travelling a long way.This was not a problem as I wanted the job done properly .The staff are knowledgeable ,helpful, responsive and did an excellent job. Prices are reasonable.Did a 4000+ km trip around Europe immediately afterwards and the car was perfect.Highly recommended.
