Lipscomb Alfa Romeo - Maidstone

As a review for the dealer i would say first class customer service from Paul from begining to end. Never once felt under any pressure. Great choice of the model i wanted and well presented. Good follow up and additional services. As for the car i could not be happier !

I had a great service experience yesterday at Lipscomb Maidstone. My Alfa has a fair few warning lights, the team diagnosed quickly and I was kept updated. This is my second time visiting. My first car was an Alfa Romeo where I dealt with the sales team, who were equally helpful. All these years later and they still offer a great service.

From sales to c/ service and reception and also during service and MOT, we had an excellent experience at Lipscomb Aylesford. Our car was very well looked after and staff were friendly and helpful. Outstanding experience, would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Dan Childs who kept me up to date with progress on some tricky repairs to my car. I'm happy with the results and given the amount of work required the pricing was very fair. I'll definitely use them again.

Fell in love with a Guilia Veloce.....Paul was great at handling the eventual purchase. Car is fabulous......if you've not driven one, do so.....

As usual, not disappointed. A small repair to the Boot release mechanism. Waited, had a relaxed coffee and had a great conversation with a fellow Alfa owner. The weather was disgusting yet my car had been washed, hoovered and well looked after. This is the kind of customer care which I have never experienced with other different makes of cars. My wife has a 595 Abarth and was purchased from Lipscombe Maidstone. Just had a service & MOT although its not even clocked up 5k miles, she was more than happy with the service provided. My Son has a Giulia so we are now totally an Italian car owning family. I love them, treat them well, look after them and use a reputable Dealer like Lipscomb then you cannot go wrong. The old story of poor quality and constant breakdowns should be put to bed. I love the fact that we feel we belong to a "Club" , there's nothing like flashing or a wave to oncoming Alfa's is an exceptional treat owning such great cars. Keep up your service, If you love your Alfa then let Lipscomb look after it. 5* From me.

I visited the dealership in relation to the radio not working properly. The media settings were not connecting and I suspected to be a software issue.
The technician informed me that the software on my radio was old and he updated it. The outcome is...the media is now working and connecting just as it should be.
The whole process from booking the car in and get it sorted has been excellent. Thank you.

Had a new key programmed for my Alfa Giulia as lost my spare key. Was met at the door to the dealership. Everything was fast and seamless and my car was given a quick wash. Top job!

Just picked up our car from here after having some work done on it. We had been kept informed throughout and the car was cleaned inside and out before collecting it. Service staff are excellent and knowledgeable. Carly in sales is also commendable, we will be back for any other work/purchases.

Very friendly dealership, helpful, car ready on time, had our Giulia serviced here quite a few times now and each time it’s been a very pleasant experience and easy to deal with, would definitely recommend

Haven’t bought a car from here but can’t fault the service staff. They are much friendlier than your usual main dealer. Even had a call back to tell me I had a warranty I didn’t know about (being the 2nd owner). Would happily come back here. Service plan price was competitive too. Would always advise anyone to ask about a service plan as it normally works out cheaper than a single service for some reason.

Dan & his team in servicing were very efficient, a very stress free experience.

Alfa Giulia Service.. This was my first visit to Lipscombe, I will return. Courteous friendly staff, a competitive price and a free car wash, all done in the estimated time thanks to the guys in the workshop, they never get any praise!

Bought two cars from Lipscomb now. An Abarth which was later traded for a stelvio, can't fault the service. Visited for a service this January, working from home I requested a courtesy car but the work was completed by lunch time which worked well. Car handed back clean and spotless, just a shame the weather was so bad that it got filthy on the way home!

Edit: Another year and another service, still 5 stars, more if possible.

Two things I feel I need to add though.

One, I don't know how the salesman Paul remembers my name every time I visit does it. Personally I can't remember why I went downstairs most times, never mind the name of someone I sold a car to two years ago!

Second, a big thanks to Jo Smith on the service desk. As well as the Stelvio I have a 156 and enquired if replacement keys could still be obtained. They were not sure, but Jo said she would look into it for me. I had a phone call while driving back home from Lipscomb and Jo had found the information for me.

Once again great service, they are not my closest dealer but well worth the extra miles for the level of service they offer.

Had minor issues on a Stelvio and first impressions are very good. This dealer is super pro and informative over the phone, especially Jo who is always very helpful. Car is booked in for next week, hopefully the experience will continue. Mangoletsi, where I bought the car, are equally good. Forget about the old Alfa tales on customer service. It's been 5 stars so far.

Been a customer for the last 5 years and never had a problem. Easy bookings and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

Very happy to have had my Giulia serviced here. Professional and courteous, with somewhere comfortable to wait or easy to walk down along the river while your service is carried out. All in all, a good experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future servicing.
