I dealt with Imran who took his time and knowledgeable insight about the different cars on offer to find me a suitable vehicle. The entire process took 2 hours including a test drive and nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered in great detail without any of the “sales pitch” one would normally expect. The best customer service ever. Had our two little ones with us and one of the first places where we haven't felt embarrassed of them all. Julia, the receptionist, made them feel beyond special and no one judged them at all for a moment. Went to look and taking a new finance agreement out of a Kia sportage hybrid. Peter was very helpful in explaining all the finance agreements you have available. He also explained the finance agreements that would be best suited for my age and job status. We have just bought our second Kia from this branch and we were very lucky to be served by Peter Petts who has shown an outstanding level of customer service!
He has dived very deep in explaining all the extra services that Kia does offer.
He asked for our budged and went an extra mile to make sure we get the car we always wanted.
Since we are a family of four, he made sure the kids are well-interacted during our time at the shop and asked if we need a drink or anything else.

I had been thinking about purchasing a new car for a while but wasn’t sure on which model I wanted. All I knew is I wanted something bigger than my current car, so decided to take a visit to Kia (I had been seeing the Sportage everywhere!). I took my mother along with me, to help me decide although, we were both clueless and knew very little about cars…We were assisted by David, a lovely chap, who I can only describe as a fount of knowledge – which was exactly what I needed! He was extremely helpful, patient and excellent throughout the whole process. The customer service was 10/10 (and so was the hot chocolate!). All staff were very professional and welcoming.
Needless to say, I was super happy with my visit and my purchase and cannot wait for my new car to arrive!!
My mother was so impressed she now wants a new Kia herself!
