Ricky was brilliant, he handled my online enquiry superbly, he took time to answer my questions via email, and provided me with an excellent, detailed and superbly narrated walk-round video of the car that I went on to purchase.

In advance, I decided to view and test drive the car, and on arrival at the garage was made most welcome, met by Ricky, introduced and handed over to Immi, who continued to impress me with his brand knowledge and non-pushy sales approach.

I drove/purchased the car on Weds, and it was delivered two days later. I hasten to add, I live circa 3 hrs. drive from Maidstone. Nothing was too much trouble. I was frankly wowed with how quickly the team turned everything around…

Dealing with Cairan at Sytner has been one of the most honest and straight forwards cars sales I have experienced. Although there was a small hiccup, I can not fault Cairan's Customer Services skills in going above and beyond and still delivering a very excellent service. Would more than happily return when I am looking for another/change of car(s).

Costumer service has been more than helpful, I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have been victim of French garage after a breakdown there. Instead of changing our turbo, they have done everything wrong and made it even worth. The director Luis Ferreira has given us guidance, support and solution. We cannot be more Grateful for his help, as after 1month of recovering the car, we were clearly in danger to drive around. Of course all the team have been amazing, we retrieved our car today, nice and clean, all in good working condition and safe again. Thank you to all the team from the front desk who rented us a fabulous car during the week, explained the disaster result, and offer a finance solution; to the wonderful mechanics team who have clearly done a meticulous and massive job in our car. They are experts and very professionals. I feel safe again in my car. I thank them all, and can only recommend SYTNER LAND ROVER MAIDSTONE.

Exceptional customer service from Cairan, Kieran and Mel, who all exceeded our expectations, especially when things did not go as planned ensured we left the dealership in a beautiful Range Rover Sport just in time for Christmas.

We decided we would like to purchase a new Defender 90 V8. Mike & the team went out of there way to source a vehicle for us, finally finding one in N. Ireland which they shipped over for us, added the parts we wanted & the vehicle was ready to pick up a week after the test drive. After a very very bad experience with another JLR dealership in Edenbridge, Sytners restored my faith in car dealerships.

Cairan Hudson was amazing, explained everything, was thorough, professional and above all a great guy to deal with. After seeing some really good reviews recommending Cairan I knew this was the guy to sell us our new car.

I also highly recommend Jed Martin too, although Jed is the business manager, he had all the time to sit down and explain numbers, and answer all questions.

I will 100% be returning to Sytners Maidstone once my finance term is up to purchase another new car.

Loved my experience with Land Rover Maidstone!
I was in the market trying to find a suitable family car that meets all the needs of my kids and partner. Within a few minutes of walking into Land Rover Maidstone, i knew i was in good hands.
The sales guy Cairan was great, he showed us a few options and managed to find us a great car at a great price which i am delighted with.
Upon collecting the car a week later (due to me requiring to renew my license!), Cairan had made the process seamless and enjoyable. When collecting the car, it had been sent to the detailers, and was immaculate! They even surprised my kids with not only biscuits when in the showroom (nice touch), but Land Rover branded Teddy Bears in the backseat upon collection. In addition, i mentioned that in the future i was looking to put my private plates on the car, to my surprise they had made them up ready for me in the boot of the car.

Special mention to Cairan Hudson the Sales Executive. Cairan was extremely helpful, thoughtful and a delight to work with during this process. Any questions i had he was always contactable, had all the answers and aimed to delight, which he surpassed! Brilliant Sales guy!

Sytner Land Rover Maidstone is a very professional company, I have had several years of faultless dealings with them as I previously purchased Jaguar vehicles but this year chose to opt for a Range Rover Evoque.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping me choose my new vehicle and answered all queries in respect of the vehicle specifications. They also advised me on Financial Services to help purchase the vehicle.

In general having dealt with this company over several years I find that they have a great Customer Care Policy. They make you welcome from the very moment you step into the showroom from the receptionist to the Managers. If you want to speak to a Engineer you can do so, nothing is too much for them when dealing with the customers.

I highly recommend this company to everyone who is thinking or wanting to purchase a Land Rover. They are caring, respectful and polite to all.

The approach of the sales consultant was superb, he made us feel relaxed as if he knew us before. He helped us to find the best clean-range rover that we liked. He keeps us updated throughout and is very very helpful during pick-up. The staff were very supportive as well.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Sytner Aylesford over the years and most recently purchased the New Range Rover Sport. I can not thank the staff enough for all their assistance. Bought a car from here, baring in mind I live in Yorkshire. Saw it online- fell in love with it!

One minute yes one minute no couldn't make my mind up initially but couldn't stop thinking about it. Got a brilliant deal from Kieran the business manager which made it hard to say no.

My sales associate throughout was Cairan Hudson who kept me up to date all the way through. Nothing too much trouble and was always there to answer my queries.
Had the car delivered to me for free and they'd even made up some spare private plates for me as mine is on retention which they'd left on the back seat when it was delivered.
Paul who delivered it was great.

Dealing with Land Rover Maidstone was about a month all in all- mainly due to my indecisive nature haha. Had communication all the way through.
Of course I love the car too!
