Lovely little restaurant! We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who were very happy to listen to my awful French, and also spoke great English. The food was great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and tellingly, all of the other people there appeared to be locals. Would thoroughly recommend!

This place is petite but powerful. Being small and opening just under two weeks ago, there is a lot riding on their service. A bad meal can make or break a business. I’m happy to report, however, that this meal was anything but. I got the steak, which was prepared in such a unique way I first thought I got the wrong item and was afraid it would taste bad. However, it was rich, flavorful, and delicious. I couldn’t recommend it more. The duck my friend had gotten melted in my mouth; the flavor was powerful and paired well with the mashed potatoes. Finally, we got the pear tart and chocolate cake. The tart was flaky and rich, and the cake was decadent and filled with deep, dark, beautiful chocolate lava. Apart from the food, the staff was friendly and happy to talk even when they were taking care of the party upstairs. Plus, the location is right by the beach in a small scenic town. Overall, I could not recommend this restaurant more, and hope it prospers and thrives.

We walked in and were quickly greeted and seated at a table. My husband and I ordered the fish and chips which was really good! The batter was light and crispy (not greasy) and the fries seemed homemade too! The owners/staff were very friendly and didn’t mind speaking to us in English. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Best restaurant in Arromanches. Chicken and chips or burger and chips. Both are lovely. We looked at a few meals coming out of the kitchen, and they all looked lovely. The owner was a nice guy, too.

Wonderful place for a coffee and cake. The restaurant and bar next door is the same business. Staff really nice. Will return. Bike friendly.

Excellent little place within its budget, we really enjoyed our oysters and moule et frites. Helpful and friendly staff.

From Florence - aged 6: The steak was delicious and I loved the ice cream because they had gummy bears at the bottom. The waiter was very friendly and fast. I liked my blackcurrant juice. Mummy loved her vegetarian salad. I liked the fries and the rest of the food on the menu sounded nice.

This restaurant is also located in a very nice place, close to the beach and close to several historical places. This makes it also nice to take a walk after you had a great meal.

What a delightful experience at this quaint restaurant in Arromanches! We ordered moules & frites and I’ve never had such a generous portion of mussels! Delicious broth, fresh crusty bread and delicious wine. The staff were charming and attentive and the ambiance is lovely. As a party of 5, we all agree this was a fabulous find for dinner. Highly recommend! Merci beaucoup!

Our hotel recommended this place and I highly recommend. Everything was good and the staff helped with the english transaltion. Would have gone back again but closed on Monday and Teusdays.

Très bon restaurant. Les plats sont fait maison, les propriétaires très sympathiques. Service rapide. Mention spéciale pour le burger normand et le moelleux au chocolat. J'en ai rarement mangé d'aussi bon. J' y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Très bon accueil et très bonne cuisine. Le poisson du jour et la soupe de poisson étaient délicieux et les enfants ont apprécié leurs menus que ce soit steack haché ou nuggets de poulet avec de très bonnes frites.Et le tout avec le sourire et un prix très raisonnable. On y est retourné et c est toujours aussi bon et sympathique avec la découverte d’un délicieux potage et des huîtres parfaites. Avec toujours les excellentes frites et au petits soins pour les enfants. À bientôt!

Superbe adresse, le couple est très accueillant et agréable. L’équipe de la cuisine a proposé de très très bon plats, frais et fait maison, à des prix tellement abordables. Ce sont bien des choses qu’on ne trouve plus forcément. Bravo à vous, et au plaisir de revenir à votre table. 😃

Habituée des lieux, c'est toujours un plaisir d'y aller. Les propriétaires sont toujours très accueillants et le service très rapide. Chaque plat est délicieux.

Mijn klasgenoten en ik zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. We hebben de burger Normande gegeten. Deze was zeer lekker!! Zonder twijfel de beste die ik al gegeten heb. De tafelbediening was super en we konden grapjes maken met de vriendelijke eigenaar. Als ik de kans krijg kom ik zeker nog eens terug!

Excellent !! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Très bon rapport qualité prix , patron très commerçant ! Tout était parfait ! Restauration maison et de qualité !! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
