4 of us attended here having seen reviews and subsequently booked it online. We walked there from St Émilion in 35 mins. Walk was lovely annd worthwhile. Nice circular walk if you use Google maps. 12 people in total on the tour.

Everything was fine and the tour lasted about an hour. Got to see two wineries, new and old which is what sets this place about above many of the others. Plus, It would be great to see it just after harvest time. Wine tasting there was lively, three to taste, one Rosé and two reds, one from each vineyard.

Only downside was work was going on in the background in one of the rooms made it difficult to hear but I suspect we were unlucky on the day. Tour guide Paul was very knowledgeable and answered questions well and spoke great English. (Clearly we selected an English tour in advance)

Excellent tour in English with very gentile staff. The two methods of wine making by neighboring wineries, modern & traditional, easily understood and informative. Beautiful area to just visit and soak in the sun while tasting various wines.

A modern chateau with fantastic views.

We visited this place as part of the tour that we purchased at the tourism office in Bordeaux and paid Eur40 per person for the 5h excursion that also included 1.5h visit to Saint Emilion village.

They grow both red (merlot and cabernet) and white grape varieties (sauvignon) and are Silver winners in 2023 of The Grand International Wine award.
The guide provided a very friendly and informative tour explaining the wine makin process. The tour also included the degustation of two local wines.
The degustation area has very beautiful views with floor to ceiling windows and a big balcony overlooking the area.

Visited in mid-March and had the winery almost to ourselves other than one tour group of about 8 people. It was a gorgeous day, the sun had finally come out after days of rain and overcast. The winery was so peaceful. Views were gorgeous.

We booked the tour and tasting and got a tour of both Chateau Croizille and Tour Baladoz, the former is more modern in both architecture and winemaking, the latter is more traditional in both. Our guide, Thomas, was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the winery and appreciate Thomas's knowledge and time in answering all our questions. We tasted 3 wines and ended up buying one of them to enjoy during the rest of our Bordeaux trip. The chateau usually has lunch and wine bar on their patio but since we came during off-season travel, everything was closed. Would love to experience the winery during spring/summer/fall. Highly recommend!

This was amazing!!! We were able to watch the blending and talk to the assistant winemaker! It is in a beautiful setting with more than one wine represented. The wines were very good!!

Great selection of merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Host gave us with three tastings. The 2012 aged merlot was our favorite.

Perfect guided in two chateaux(the modern Croizille and the traditional Tour Baladoz).
At the end we tasted kinds of wine on upstairs with detailed explication and great view.

Went to a wine tour and tasting..the guide was very knowledgeable and took time to properly explain everything, answered questions and gave us time to take pics at all the spaces.
This is a family owned winery, fully renovated in 2012 to be a state of the art winery alongside with their traditional winery, that sits right next.

Really nice vineyard, with a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. It was really interesting to see the old Chateau and the new Chateau in one tour. The tasting was great and really good value. Dogs are welcome but not inside the actually wineries so they offered to mind our dog for the 30 minutes or so we were inside. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed the wine tasting tour at Chateau Croizille. Our guide was really good, he explained everything about wine making and the wine area of Saint-Émilion and answered all our questions. The wines we tasted were also really good. It is also close to Saint-Émilion, if you don’t want to drive you can walk there (35 minutes). Highly recommended!

Really good new aged wine farm - the wine tour is a must and a great way to get to learn about the area and the vineyard itself.
