Mercadona

Great selection of meats and fish as well as fresh vegetables.
If you're looking for branded products you won't find a lot here though as they have a lot of own brand products instead so you will have to get those elsewhere.
Overall a great supermarket

I like Mercadona because they have good meat (unlike Lidl) and they have wakame a good selection of makeup, drinks and chocolate. I usually find it's a bit expensive compared to lidl so we only go when we need meat.

Best supermarket in town mostly. At times things sell out a bit too fast, but mostly only before holydays, the worst tourist season etc.. Personal favourite, my go-to supermarket 🤩

Calpe what a jem. Has it all. Excellent location. Highly recommended supermarket. Fish counter we Brits would die for. Excellent fresh produce. The fresh orange juice is out of this world. Beats M&S hands down. 2 hours free parking thrown in as well. Fantastic.

Still the best fresh fish counter to be found. And take note UK fish sellers,1 kilo of what we would call King size prawns 9.95 euros. Monkfish tails 12 euros a kilo whole hake 9 euros a kilo. I could list more but we would still be being ripped off.

We have always loved Mercadona ever since we have been coming to Spain. It doesn't matter where you go, there is always. The best fish counters ever.

Good range of fresh produce and essentials. Prices all reasonable.

Recently refurbished. Clean and bright. Helpful staff. Good parking. 3 elevators to basement, ground and top floor of parking. Parking outside at ground level too.

Great assortement producs, good staff and good prices

Modernised since the last time we were here a year ago, a vast improvement, big aisles and plenty to choose from. Parking has also improved. I recomend this lovely friendly store.

There are 3 things I like about Mercadona.
Sugar free Tonic, watermelon juice and last but not least fresh cut serano ham. Since the store is refurbished I like it even more.
