We thought we may have a problem here getting an appointment but no problem. Staff are always really helpful and will speak in English, nothing to worry about if you have never done it before.

A very well run ITV centre (British MOT) my first time going there and very easy to use. Book an appointment online or at the centre. Then as you go there they ask if your paying cash or debit card.then off you go do the designated line. And the attendants keep you right. Takes about 45mins- 50mins uf it's very busy.

Easy and pleasant experience to achieve the required ITV.
At the time I needed Booking an appointment time was needed due to high volume of tests
So bear that in mind, book early as there was a backlog or you can go sit and wait and try for a cancellation.
The Staff were helpful and communication was good on all levels.
I speak little Espanol but the staff were fab and wanted to speak in English to me so we got through the test easy.
Far better than the UK system.

No appointment. ITV 3 days away as I forgot about it. Very kind and understanding staff. I arrived at 10.00. With no appointment. Asked to return at 13.30. After paperwork check, straight in. Passed. Delighted with the service and will use it again.

First time testing vehicle in spain staff are very friendly i had no appointment got my lane no 40 minutes later out the door pass

The government have taken ove from the private sector. Too improve efficiency. 3 month waiting list now 😤😤😤😤😤..

I don't understand why people are complaining about not being able to make an appointment for months in Benidorm. I've just made one online for the end of June and there are loads of time slots available. The quality of the attention and service remains to be seen.

My appointment was 0915, I arrived at 0900. I Was finished at 0935. Quite slick operation.

Absolutely brilliant. Explained we were English and spoke just a little Spanish. The inspector was fantastic and led us through the process with no problems.

I book my vehicle in for the inspection online. There is no problem with selecting a convenient date and time. They are very busy so you will wait 15-20 minutes but the service is excellent and polite. The cost is reasonable and if they fail you you have time to get the problem fixed and the return visit is quick.

First I visited ITV Alicante, they didn’t care if I had booked time. Was just told to get back in line. They refused to speak any English so I skipped my appointment there. I booked a new appointment with ITV Benidorm. They were really friendly and they spoke English. Told me to wait in line 1-2 and it was only 3 cars in front of me. The ITV check was done very quick and the staff were very friendly. They even helped me removing the old sticker and put the new one in. If you are not from Spain i really recommend the ITV Benidorm. Much easier for everyone.

The easiest process I've ever done in Spain. Easy parking and I was straight in and out 10 minutes in total. Why can it not be like that all the time. The plus side to COVID-19

First time going through an ITV here in Spain and it was a pleasant surprise. Professional and well organised. My limited Spanish was OK as they have signs in English and the testers speak it as well.
Added on 17/11/2021. had to return today as my Mini Moke failed with different tyres on the front. They could not have been more helpful, the staff here are happy and will talk you through all parts of the test.

Booked the appointment on line, paid at the entrance.
The test went with no problems and the staff were professional and friendly.

Very efficient with friendly staff

I went yesterday for my test...despite the recovery from 'lockdown', I discovered that they had organised their services brilliantly....from arrival till completion, they worked together s a brilliant team. Efficiency, courtesy and professional....the best ITV centre aound, in my opinion.
