Hotel Madeira Centro

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach.

Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable.

Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor.

Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great.

Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality.

Will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀

Didn't stay in the hotel but visited the bar planta 20 located on the 20th floor gives spectacular views out over benidorm well worth a visit

Great rooftop bar here! They serve delicious strawberry daiquiri and the staff all seem to be super friendly! Definitely worth a visit even if just for the view!

A short family break. Over the years, we have stayed in many 4* hotels in and around in Benidorm.

This time we decided on the Madeira Centro for its location.
Fantastic location with everything on the door step, easy access to everywhere, a short walk down to the beach, a nice relaxing stroll to the marina, viewing point / castle ruins.

Upon arrival when checking in, process to be slow. One lady at reception was on her own, multitasking answering numerous calls whilst checking us in ( Perhaps it’s because it’s a Sunday. ) However during the course of our stay all the staff was extremely attentive, polite and very hard working.

Our rooms were ready - we had booked two rooms.

Room with balcony on the 9th floor was for 3 people, looked a little tired but sufficient size for three adult and clean it consist of a tv, small fridge, safe, balcony, hairdryer.

Superior Room on the 13th floor for 2 people more up to date was more newer furnitures and consisting of newer hairdryer, tv, kettle with tea / coffee, balcony.

We were on half board basis : breakfast and dinner. A very good daily selection of variety of meals for all.
Food was delicious and fresh, replenished frequently.

The pool and sunbathing area was small but adequate for relaxing, plenty of sun loungers, plunge in the pool to cool off, a jacuzzi, and indoors pool.

The lounge / bar on the 20th floor ( planta20 ) was nice but the outside viewing area was small. Drinks were a little expensive with limited selection.

Overall a very positive experience, excellent service, great central location and we a lovely stay at the Madeira Centro hotel. Definitely on our list to return next time we’re back in Benidorm.

Amazing location...beautiful hotel, rooms are big, spacious and modern.. the staff were the best part, very kind helpful and their attention to detail was superb..I had a birthday during my stay and I came back to my hotel with a very sweet birthday card and a beautiful fresh platter of fruits ..spotless clean , i can not fault it, highly recommend 👌

Just popped up yo the 20th floor for a few drinks. WOWZER.... the view is stunning and makes you appreciate Benidorm even more. Staff were so friendly and the price for the drinks was very cheap considering this amazing place. Just pop in and take the lift up and enjoy.

We have been to benidorm & stayed in different hotels each time. The Madiera Centro is one of the best we have stayed in. The location was perfect for us, the staff were very pleasant & very helpful. I would definitely recommend the roof top bar, the views of Benidorm from the bar are amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel ,fabulous location and excellent rooms and facilities .We loved the jacuzzi ,and the fact that there were always plenty of sunbeds available ,no mad rush to put towels down.

Good location close to beach and in-between new and old town. Well presented rooms. Check in very efficient. Food okay and would stay here again.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Benidorm. Right by the old town and so close to the beach. The amenities were amazing.... not forgetting the view from the rooftop terrace. 100% I will be back
