I was there to buy some shirts. While considering whether to buy the shirts a staff told me that the prices are all the same everywhere, just to find out that there is a shop 2 minutes away (called “urban creed barcelona”) where you can get all the stuff minus 40 %. After I confrontted her with the lie she told me she responded that she never told that to me. I understand the tactics, but as a reputable company you should keep your word or at least not tell lies.

Everything is super over priced, you can find cheaper and authentic products either online or a better store somewhere else, also the word "official store" is totally fake, how come they're a official store for 4-5 different games and on top of all that the small indian trans dude is super rude with a very bad accent, worse staff one star
