Am in Valencia for a year. Keeping my US phone service (on wifi only at my piso) but brought my old android to get a Spanish data plan on. After doing research and reading the reviews for Digi mobile and specifically this shop, I made the trek out here and the nice (English speaking) attendant set me up in less than 5 mins, 10 E total included the SIM card/phone number and my first month of service. I chose the minimum plan 6 gig data/mo (rolls over if I don't use it all) and 100 mins of phone for 5 E/mo. Note: this plan does NOT include SMS but most folks in Spain just use WhatsApp for texting (and phone), so not an issue. I just had my regular SMS contacts install Whatsapp so that we can communicate when I'm not at my piso (when I can use my US phone on wifi).

Excellent customer service! Lu helped us with our Sim Card very efficiently and he is very friendly. Recommend the place for Digi Sim Card, buy some snacks and use the computer (if you do not have one).

DIGI ahora mismo el mejor operador de largo tanto en precio como en atención,espero que sigáis así,si lo hacéis os auguro una cuota de mercado brutal,ya está bien de trimonopolios.
