Bounce Luggage Storage - Ronda de Sant Pere

Was a bit apprehensive using bounce the first time as it was not a physical locker. We got a 24 HR store within 50m of a metro station in Barcelona and the staff at the store was very good and the check-in and check out was seamless. The added bonus of being in a store at the start and end of our day trip was pretty convenient to pick up any last minute items. Really great app and the service.

This service worked well for me. It’s best to be able to speak Spanish for the particular location I used (O Rincón da Terra). I left my bag there for a month and got it back quickly/easily/safe and sound. They have the bags stored safely. Would absolutely use this service again.

The store we used was perfect. In a great place, on a main road by lots of amenities.
The guy that greeted us this morning was so friendly, the guy that greeted us tonight also very friendly and went over and above sorting us a taxi for which we are very grateful. The lady that took us to our suitcases was not as helpful nor friendly, but that could be a language barrier. We would definitely use both the app and the store again

Delighted with the service, arrived 1hr late to collect my bag (due to traffic) and they were understanding not to charge me for coming late. So grateful for that.

Just one imrovement item is required. Luggage storage area was the market and we do not understand the market is the storage area or not initially. 2 times passed in front of the market to find the correct area.

Finally one of the other shop said us that the storage area is in the market

They have to use some labels or sign to increase the appreance.

Storage services offered at Rent Bike in Barcelona. It's very close to the Sagrada Familia. Owner is friendly and the Mini Dachshund is so cute! Make sure to book beforehand. Highly recommend if you have large luggage.

Our first time using bounce, easy to book, readjust times, drop off and collect. Helpful staff and showed use where our bags would be left.

It worked really well. It was a strange feeling to leave my luggage at a shop, even the store owner seemed a bit new at this, but like all services related to Apps, we’ll all get used to it. I needed a few hours. It saved me a trip to the train station. Will keep this in mind for Airbnb stays or hotel check ins. Super idea!

Great location for Aerobus transfer to airport (Place de Catalunya). We left our rucksacks there all day while we explored before heading home to the UK. Staff were friendly and helpful and the store wasn't hard to find using GoogleMaps!

The man at the teller, at the front was extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated him. But I cannot say the same for the other chap at the back who handled the luggage. He was rude, unhelpful and pushy. The man at the front is a very good person with great customer service skills.

They provided a very good service. It was easy to find and very easy to download the app and store our luggage safely. The staff were excellent and helpful. I would definitely use this luggage storage facility next time I visit Barcelona.

Online reservations make Bounce easy to use. The location for us was near the Metro stop so it was very convenient. Our bags were tagged and moved to a secure area.
