The best Asian food I have tried in Valencia, And I am part Asian so I know what Im saying. Finally something that’s “spicy”.

As a lover of Chinese food, we found this new restaurant in Valencia during our trip. It is not a typical western Chinese restaurant but an authentic and original one. The Hunan cusine that the cook is from the Hunan province which located in the central of China. The waiter told us that because of the humidity climate, people there eat a lot of spicy food. It is a perfect place for spicy food lovers but also they give options of spicy level for those who cannot eat spicy food. We tried the beef with celery and chili, pork belly with dried leafs and Chinese eggplant, all of those are amazing. Both the flavor and the presentation. Also the restaurant has a chill atmosphere and nice decor. We will be back for sure and truly recommend!

This restaurant is attractive and clean. The ordering from the site makes it very easy for people who might not be entirely comfortable with their Spanish yet. The food was delicious, and we were able to get our dishes exactly as spicy as we wanted!

Yes!!! This is the place Valencia has been missing. Fresh, interesting and SPICY Chinese food served in a hip, stylish and comfortable setting. Normal spicy is sufficient but super picante is the kind of authentic flavor that really sets it apart. Anything with pork is delicious. Service is fast and friendly.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise in Valencia. Super authentic Chinese food. I’ve lived in San Francisco and NYC and this is as good or better. Get the pork belly, you won’t be disappointed. Also the pickled veggies are a delight. Service was so friendly and helpful. If you are in Valencia after you’ve had the mandatory paella then swing round here to have your mind and taste buds blown away.

Finally there is a Chinese restaurant serving the REAL spicy food!!! Nothing like other restaurants claiming its cuisine spicy but turning out plain or even sweet. I’m impressed by the authenticity of the flavor here. You’ll immediately figure out these dishes are cooked by some chefs who are professional or at least know the essence of Hunan cuisine. What’s more, you can always anticipate the authenticity of the food by its menu. If the menu consists of different Chinese cuisines (there are eight actually), the chances are that the food is mediocre. On the other hand, if the restaurant focuses on just one cuisine, it’s most likely to be good. Speaking of the price, it’s reasonable and good value for money.

超级好吃！个人觉得比巴塞的好吃！辣椒擂皮蛋超级香，酸豆角很下饭，服务态度也都超级好！100分！下次还来！

CHILA tal vez sea el mejor restaurante de comida china que he probado en mi vida. Si alguna vez has viajado a China entonces lo comprenderás, sabores auténticos, comida fresca y si encima te gusta el picante, este es tu sitio, también pueden cambiar el picante si no lo toleras. Resto de 10, lugar muy limpio, luminoso y muy muy cómodo. Recomendable 100%

好难得瓦伦西亚开了一家正宗地道的湖南菜，臭豆腐很好吃，富贵方肉像是梅菜扣肉和红烧肉的结合，还有湘西泡菜，配上其他香辣的菜色很清爽解腻又开胃，吃得很开心，梦回长沙了。很难得的是他家甜点水平很高，比好多西餐厅的做的更好

Gran descubrimiento. Todo estaba delicioso con mucho sabor. Las raciones son grandes y el servicio fue rápido. El personal muy amable. El restaurante era bonito y buen ambiente. El único pero que le pongo es que había un poco de exceso de glutamato sódico y se hacía pesado aunque lo recomiendo y la poca variedad de postres.

来瓦伦西亚旅游，机缘巧合下试了这家新开的餐厅，完全是意料之外的惊喜。正宗的湖南菜，厨师全都是长沙人。对于爱吃辣的人来说简直不要太友好。另外据说店里的腊肉是他们自己熏的，立马买了一块带走。就餐环境也是没得说，干净并且有格调。五星推荐。

Si quieres comer comida auténtica china este es tu sitio en Valencia , resultó ser un descubrimiento y repetimos dos veces .
Te recomiendo el pollo con verduras , las berenjenas y para acompañar el arroz frito con panceta ahumada .

Fuimos a cenar a cena hace unos días y la experiencia fue buenísima.

Los camareros son muy atentos y simpáticos. Respondieron a nuestras preguntas sobre los platos y nos aconsejaron con mucho acierto en lo que nos recomendaron.

El servicio fue rápido aún estando el restaurante lleno.

La comida fue fantástica, tanto la coliflor ecológica china que estaba buenísima, el pollo al estilo Chila tenía el punto de picor justo a nuestro gusto (puedes pedir la intensidad de picor que más te guste)

La oreja de cerdo a las 36 especias es un perfecto entrante y el tofu fermentado fue una de las recomendaciones que más nos sorprendió.

Pero el plato estrella y el cual nos hará volver sí o sí al restaurante fue la panceta de cerdo con hojas de mostaza. Todo un descubrimiento que se deshace en tu boca y que para nada resulta pesado aún siendo panceta.

Por último y quizá uno de los detalles más deliciosos para el final de una cena, son los dos postres que tienen. Pueden parecer pocos, pero tanto la tarta de queso como el brownie estaban deliciosos.
