Hostal La Terrassa

For an hostal it was actually good, location is perfect only 4 mints walk to la rambla and licué subway station, there is a nice used book store in front of the hostal, the room it self was nice the air conditioning working properly the room was clean, but the towels weren’t, the staff were nice and friendly, the terrace is a nice open space to spend time and have something to eat considering that the rooms does not have balconies and the windows are too small. I haven’t tried the breakfast there, the only thing that I didn’t like are the stairs before getting to the lobby,also it was hard to find the hostal at first, I passed by it 2 times before noticing the small sign of the hostal

Simply Perfect. It's in the center so it's very easy for everything.
Rooms are very clean, we have a small terrace,the room is not cold. Compliment for the staff and also for the receptionist, they are very kind. Thank you

Just back from a 5 night stay and everything here was perfect. The room was good, with great shower. We stayed in basic exterior room. The staff were ap helpful and friendly. Always felt secure and safe there. The location is amazing for walking to many things to see. We loved our time in Barcelona and loved staying here. We wish we had booked a room with a bigger balcony as the one we had had just space and stool for one person and we were a couple but this was fine. Thank you to everyone there

Great place to stay for a few days in Barcelona.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Cleaning service everyday is included, incl. towel replacement. Really nice reception desk staff, communicative and doing so with a smile on their faces!
Located in the centre, near La Rambla and La Bouqeria + has really cheap food diners and restaurants around.

What could be fixed is the elevator in the facility. Its doors have hit me a couple of times and I saw it did the same to another lady staying at the hostel. (photosensor should be installed!)

Clean and inexpensive. Close to La Rambla. Breakfast available for 6 euros. Lovely rooftop terraces.

Can't go wrong with this place. Cleanness is top notch, staff very friendly and helpful, affordable right in the middle of La Rambla. Stayed there nearly a week with my son and couldn't have picked a better place for our budget. Definitely will stay there again. Thanks guys for making our stay such a pleasant one.

Clean rooms, well connected to the metro , right in the middle of the city. The stuff is super friendly.

Excellent place to stay. Way cheaper than a hotel, it is a hostel but you can also get single rooms with private bathroom.

They clean your room and change towels and soaps every day . All services and equipment are new and functioning. Common spaces are modern and clean. Reception works 24/7

It is located just at 3 minutes from La Rambla, so it is in the very centre of Barcelona. I definitely recommend it.

Cheap, but we had a very nice stay. Rooms get cleaned everyday. 24/24 hours someone at the desk, so when something is wrong always someone to help. They are friendly as well and the rooms are clean. Location is amazing as well, 2 minutes from Las Ramblas and La Boccaria

Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Secure, air-conditioned. Very clean and extremely well priced.
The common areas both inside and out are a welcome relief from a busy day.
Outside signage is small so don't miss the entrance on your first arrival.
I stayed here with my 12 year old daughter. Its a short stroll toa Ramblas and great for families.

Staff extremely helpful and provided practical and useful advice on avoiding pick pockets etc.
Room was well kept, clean, comfortable. There are stairs leading to reception, maybe there's an accessible option to get up to but I didn't see so keep that in mind. The area can be a bit noisey at night but that's across central Barcelona. It's right between an opera house and a theater so you know it's an alright spot.

This hostel is great. The rooms are comfortable, the service is exceptionally great, the staff is super-friendly. The location could not be better, 1 minute walk to La Rambla.

A very nice place to stay at with a nice area and very strategic, near metro station and mercat la boquiera, there's also a supermarket nearby. I had a room for two and it's not so big but clean, peaceful view from the terrace, they clean the room daily, but you have to let your room key in the receptionist before going out (due to the room key isn't the card one), the wifi connection is also fast. Worth the penny!

The location is excelent !! The people working there we're always helpful and kind, the breakfast in the morning its a buffet, and it's a bargain for just 6 euros,and the food is delicious. The room we stayed in was nice. Don't expect a big room tho if that's what you're looking for,it's a small room with a tiny bathroom but everything was top notch,fresh towels,clean, the heating was working perfectly, tv functional. Overall, deffinetly a place to stay in ! Thanks

Great place to stay, quiet in the evenings, rooms always cleaned and unobtrusive staff. Highly recommend when visiting the lovely city of Barcelona!

This place was amazing! Near main street, but very nice, clean and quiet surroundings.
Staff friendly, and very helpful. Reception works 24 hours so anything you need - can be sorted.
And - the air-con actually does amazing job! With 35 degrees outside, we could still sleep all night , no heat problems at all.

+Positive and welcoming reception.
+Nice terrace, in the evening you can hear nice music playing in the nearby hotel, which is not disturbing but setting up the mood.
+Rooms are tidy and consistently cleaned up

NB: Noise from outside at nights (cars washing the road) might be disturbing for light sleepers

Cheap and cheerful hostal in Barcelona. The room was clean, and the shower was brilliant. It was close to La Rambla, yet you didn't get much of the noise.

Perfect location for Barcelona tourists! Nice and tidy apartments. Outstanding 24-hour customer service which is important when arriving in 4 o'clock in the morning. Breakfasts are delicious. I would definitely visit them again!

Great location, close to LA ramblas and all sights. Good breakfast for 6 euro in the morning and quiet throughout the night compared to similar placed hotels In the area I've stayed on previously. Supermarkets at end of road and right next to metro
