L&H Gran Via València

L & H Gran via Valencia hotel is excellent and good value for the money. It is very well located near major areas you would want to visit. The bus is few meters away if you need it but important sites are mostly walkable. We left the car in a nearby parking lot for 9 days and walked everyday. The service provided by Guadalupe and Paula is exceptional and personalized. They are very attentive to our needs and very accommodating. We felt at home and ended up extending our stay two more days because it was so comfortable being in this hotel. The food at the restaurant is also very delicious. May, he cook has done a great job with the meal preparations. Will definitely return at this hotel.

Very nice hotel with great service, nice rooftop bar and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are a bit small, but that isn’t an issue as we spent our time seeing the sights. We will come back our next time in Valencia.

Excellent clean rooms, very modern and a stones throw away from the old town. Reception service was brilliant and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the staff were excellent.

We stayed here for a short city break in December. The hotel is only a short walk to local restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was excellent, a huge choice including hot food cooked to order and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. We will stay here again in the future, thanks for having us!

Excellent hotel in an ideal location. Great facilities, modern bathrooms (perfect water pressure) and nice rooftop terrace.

Service was attentive and friendly, and we were welcome with a glass of Cava!

Lovely hotel the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were not happy with our room which they changed straight away. There is a nice terrace area on the roof where you can sit and have a drink watching the sun go down. Very centrally situated for all areas.

Loved our stay here, the service was great. The reception is always open and the staff were ever so friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival they offered us some drinks and they left some dark chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch.

Location is close to all the amenities and local groceries and within walking distance to some of the tourist sites as well as the shopping centre.

The room was lovely and modern with an AC which was working great.

They have a lovely rooftop terrace with some great views. You can sit up there anytime and take your lunch there.

Overall I would come back to stay here if visiting Valencia again.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and characterful well appointed little rooms. The free couple of beers, soft drinks, water and little chocolate bars, in the minibar, was a surprising nice touch.

A great rooftop bar in the evening, also serving food, with a small pool open in the day. Too small for swimming but great for cooling off.

Breakfast was great too with tasty, meats, cheeses, local homemade cakes, fresh orange juice and more.

Only about 5 minutes walk from the walled part of the city, the metro or the Turia Gardens. Only scored the location "4" because it's not IN the walled city but still it's a great location.

Absolutely lovely stay here last week. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean with modern good quality facilities. Perfectly situated to discover Valencia within walking distance of great restaurants. Small and intimate, nothing was too much trouble, we were a group of six adults and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and indeed return.

Lovely comfortable room, clean, modern and hygienic. The biggest plus was that the bathroom had a bath, quite a rarity in Spain indeed.

The food in the restaurant was good and the service was impeccable.

The added extras like chocolates and cava on arrival were a lovely little touch. The staff at reception were polite and helpful.

I will definitely stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond to help us find the best restaurants and activities in Valencia, making our trip truly memorable. The hotel's prime location on Gran Via was convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Valencia!

The staff is very friendly, the rooftop has a nice view, the rooms are clean, and the location is very good.

This place is incredible, beautiful place with such friendly staff. Only thing were the pillows were all clumpy and very uncomfortable, but staff brought us comfortable ones after we asked.

Over all great experience worth the price.

Great hotel, not too big, not too small, but great rooms and an amazing roof terrace!

Beautiful hotel which is has only opened like two years ago. The rooms are relatively small, even the junior suite. But still so worth it. I have stayed in the junior suite and in the terrace room. The terrace room is just amazing as you can use your private sun beds. There are two terrace rooms which are both next to the rooftop bar. So expect some music and noise which you won’t hear if the windows are closed. I personally love the vibe and didn’t feel disturbed at all having the terrace door open. You are spoiled with Rituals products in the bathroom. A bathrobe. Slippers. The first minibar stocking is free. Coke. Beer. Agua. Nice treat. Chocolate in the room for free. Cava as a welcome drink. Room service until 11pm!!! The food quality of the room service is great. Drinks as well. And everything is priced reasonable compared to the big international chain hotels. Be ready to pay directly whenever you order or purchase something in the hotel. Apple Pay and Google Pay work perfectly. Slight difference to other hotels where additional costs are added to your room bill. The staff has a very personal touch and does everything that is in their power to support you. Nelson at the reception even spoke German with me. How amazing. The breakfast area is cozy but I haven’t tried the breakfast. The rooms are, very important to me, super clean. Location is great as well. Bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Many places can be reached in walking distance. I will be back soon.

Lovely boutique hotel, very helpful friendly staff . 20 min walk to center, slightly noisy from road but ok .

During my stay 7th to 10th of August (room on second floor): I arrived late in the evening and was warmly welcomed at reception desk, first good impression :) The room was extremely clean, nice design, good clim, appreciated nespresso machine in the room and wifi working properly. I liked the hotel decoration. Also, very quiet thanks to the sound protection of the windows. Location was excellent for me to visit the center and easy connection to the airport (taxi, metro Guimares). The room was perfectly cleaned during my stay. Can't provide a feedback on the breakfast as not my thing. Finally, got the same smile from kind staff when I left :) ... no doubt I will return for my next visit.

Fantastic stay, Andrea and all her team couldn’t do enough for us. Having only one night she gave us information on the best sights to see. We had a great room with amazing views and the roof top bar was perfect.
Fantastic breakfast with everything you could want to start your day.

Loved staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel and everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. The concierge helped us with anything we needed and truly went above and beyond. The location is also amazing; it’s a 15-minute walk to almost everywhere in the city. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The downstairs restaurant is extremely accommodating, and the upstairs bar area by the pool is small but cozy and cute. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

One word: Excellent. Stayed here for one night because I missed my flight. When I arrived at the hotel, Ismael provided me the best service in the hotel, and gave me an upgrade to a junior suite room. I am really thankful for his service :) One of the best things about the hotel was the staff! Also, the rooms are very neat. The hotel is also close to the old city center (7min walk). Would really recommend to stay at this hotel! 10/10
