Probably the best bank in Spain. I had a lot of issues with Caíxa Bank and a terrible experience at BBVA and after a friend's recommendation decided to give ING a go. So much better than the other two it's unbelievable! The employees are efficient and straight to the point. I was able to open my bank account within a few minutes. Highly recommended!

The application on the phone is horrible compared to Santander Bank. But the bank itself is a lot better than the Spanish ones. I def recommend going with a Dutch bank. Reliable and cheap.

I decided to open my acc with ING bank today but wasnt sure how pleasant will be my experience reading previous reviews. Having residency here I dont speak good Spanish - just at the basic average level to communicate. But I went to try anyway.
Lady at the front desk was just ok, simply got me my queue ticket and explained where to go next.
But the assistant who received me - she was absolutely efficient, helpful and very friendly. She opened account for me within 10min, explaining everything i was asking about. I left with such a great positive first impression that I decided to share it here on reviews.
Hopefully that wont change soon)))

Friendly staffs,good attention to the clients,warm welcome from the entrance-information-up to the clerks and well attended,less time to wait fast service and zero descrimination..pls keep up the good work and service😁

They greatly helped me and my issue was resolved the next day whereas I couldn't get any support from ING customer support.

We went to the office to get more information and Ana did a great job explaining everything we asked for in English. She was very helpful and kind. App is also working fine for us.

Very good service. Went on a saturday morning to open an account, no wait and everything done in 15min. Very accomodating despite not having a spanish phone number.
Complaining about staff not speaking english while being in a foreign country and ignoring its own language is absolutely inappropriate.

I had a problem with activating my online account. The staff was very helpful and provided assistance in English. Very helpful and very focused in helping me as quick as possible. All sorted thanks to great customer service

En realidad- contento con este banco. Fuimos a cancelar la hipoteca y nos hicieron en 15 minutos. Sin cita previa y sin mareos como suele ser en otros bancos. Sin comisiones de cancelación, sin comisiones por ingresar los cheques. Pero es cierto que es imposible ingresar el efectivo viviendo fuera de Barcelona....

El trato siempre es amable y respetuoso, no venden subproductos ni estafan a la gente, sobretodo a los mayores, como en otros bancos. Lo único que no me gusta es que reserven los cajeros interiores solo para ingresos (o eso nos dijo el vigilante) y la falta de oficinas (solo 2 en Bcn) creo que no necesitan tener 50, pero con 2 o 3 más bien distribuidas y en barrios más periféricos serían perfectos. Para mí el mejor banco con diferencia.
