Best RC shop I have ever seen.

Nico from Juguetechnic called me December 27 to advise that one of the two cars that I had chosen was out of stock and whether a like-for-like replacement was acceptable. Nico quickly switched to English as my Spanish isn't great and waited until I'd reviewed the alternative online which was appreciated. The alternative was OK, so I agreed to the switch. It is my Son's birthday on December 28 and whilst I had ordered on with 24 hour delivery on December 26 it was understandable that Juguetechnic could only ship on the December 27. Nico told me that he would mark our parcel for early delivery, but couldn't guarantee that the parcel would arrive early. Thankfully today the parcel arrived before 10am. Packaged in bubble wrap and also gift wrapped. The vehicles look good on first inspection and we still have to test drive them, but I wanted to comment that the service prior to receipt was outstanding and although we had a couple of issues Juguetechnic sorted both very quickly and without any problem at all. Thanks for getting the product to us on time Nico, in the middle of the holidays. Great service.

Really cool and expensive rc models

Absolutely brilliant shop! Lots and lots of toys for boys. Drones, robots, remote control cars and planes. Tanks and helicopters. Educational construction kits and experiments. Really cool looking speedboats. And lots of other cool technical toys and models. Plus there are lots of things that are reasonably priced.

Super friendly staff. Went there to get the DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. No issues at all and they also were speaking English. All good and recommended.

Lots of different toys / RC , and a very good customer service. They know about their business and their suggestions are what suits your needs best, not always the most expensive. Recommended

He comprado un helicóptero con cámara de video integrada y además una bateria aparte para poder jugar mas tiempo ya que con una sola es cortito. Todo genial, la batería que compré adicional por lo visto no correspondía la foto del anuncio con la que iba a recibir y me llamaron por teléfono para decírmelo, cosa que les agradezco pero al no ser entendido no me hubiese dado ni cuenta.
