Experience has been extremely good.
Beers are good, location is very good, service is OK.
Food was good, I appreciated a lot the Barcelona hummus and the anchovies. I can say that squids were not fried in the best way, but the overall comment is that the full experience has been very positive. If you go too late, you need to reserve a table. Prices are fair, aligned with Barcelona.

This place has a lot of character. Good food, cute atmosphere, and all the staff were kind and helpful. =)

They have a lot of dishes to choose from and have all of the traditional dishes. To products are of high quality and well prepared. It was fun to eat here.
The atmosphere is lively, so not for a quiet dinner for two.

Local bar with very good service. We were there at the quiet period during the afternoon and you could sense the place will be buzzing with a lot of laughs, talking and a general nice atmosphere. Very nice tapas, great quality. The fried squid was good in particular.

Great quality food and great quality service! One of the few places that had a larger selection of beers than other places. Try their signature beer sangria! A little on the sweet side but generally delicious.

Their salads were excellent, lots of greens but savory all as well.

Went for dinner to Bar El Velódromo on a Monday night as it is usually packed on other nights of the week. The experience I had was truly amazing from the food to the vibe to the service. All of us ordered their famous Pastrami Sandwich that pays tribute to a well known pastrami sandwich place in New York of which I cannot remember the name, but what I can tell you is that their sandwich exceeded all my expectations as well as my friends as were huge fans of Pastrami. The sourdough bread was so crunch and chewy and loaded with meat and a special sauce. It was so delicious I could have eaten two but I decided to stop at one cause the portion was very well sized. In short, The Best Pastrami Sandwich in Barcelona, but whether you love pastrami or not you won’t be deceived by their food, ambiance, and staff, oh we ordered bravas and fries as well.
Fresh food, good portions, good people!
Definitely recommend this place and I’ll be coming back, no doubt on that!

We came from Paris so this is an amazing place for tapas in terms of value for money! We ate until we couldn’t breathe, with sangria, wine and vermouth, then ended up paying 25e each !! Most favorite tapas is the squid croquet and beef chimichuri

This place is one of my favourites. Really love the elegant vibes here and the food is with good quality too.

Great food and ambiance, incredibly reasonable prices. 4 people, 7 drinks, 6 tapas was 71 euro.

The restaurant is located very close to the diagonal avenue. It seems to be very popular among the locals. The restaurant had two levels of seating, not very common in BCN.

The bar area also has some seating and had an 18th century look. I went with a coworker of mine and we ordered tapas and beer mostly. The batata bravas here was unique with a spicy tomatoe sauce on the top. Other tapas were equally delicious.

I was impressed by the elegance of this café/bar/restaurant. Asked how old is the place and they told me its from the 1930's.
You really have the feeling of going back in time. Spacious interior, huge windows, leather sofas, marble floors and a ... pool table! 🤣 A bit worn out and needing at parts a new wallpaper, but otherwise charming.
I recommend to try the Gazpacho with strawberries, peach, berries and a awesome vanilla ice cream. Original and tasty.
I don't know how is the place at night, but it's ideal for an afternoon coffee or drink, low voice conversation, reading or surfing. Polite and helpful service.
Pets are allowed inside 😊

Excellent food! Fair price with good service

This is a good place with really nice people and good food. Great place to come, have a bocadillo and coffee in the morning. It is very spacious with big tables and power outlets if you need to bring your laptop and work. The best part is that it is dog-friendly!

Great tapas with a very local crowd and staff. Highly recommend!
