My experience with Juan Torres from Valencia homes was more than excellent, his professionalism, his accuracy was very good. He was always there when I contacted him and he had always solutions. I have sold and bought a lot of houses during my life but this was my best experience of all.

Valencia Homes did a wonderful job of screening out “time wasters” and giving an accruate and enthusiastic show every time they brought a client to view. I met Juan for one and a half year ago, when I started to work as a real estate agent for another company in Valencia. He has been a very good collaborator, always done his best to help me with my clients requests for property and viewings. A client of mine also used Juan´s legal expertise when buying a property, which helped the client a lot at the transfer of the property.

Juan was very professional and had all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived. He showed us 3 nice properties and we chose one in the center of old town. It was perfect for us and the property owners became our best friends. We can certainly recommend Valencia Homes for your search.

I fail to understand the bad reviews of Valencia Homes and especially directed to Juan. I have rented 3 different properties with one being over a year in length and each and every time I was extremely satisfied. Juan went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and if any issues did arise they were immediately corrected to our and the home owners satisfaction. I give 5 stars to Valencia Homes because that is what I meant to them.

After living in Calpe for 9 years then coming to Valencia 3 years ago, I was recommended VH.
I requested what I required with apartment size, location and price . Juan found me a place exactly to the specification I wanted. Fantastic service and continual support.
All contracts and legal matters were spot on. Highly recommended and will 100% use VH again.

Valencia Homes has proved a life-saver. A friend had to return to UK and her flat has been with Valencia Homes ever since. Thanks to their broad reach of clientele, and thr large number of people from abroad who find their webpage and availability, we have been able to have a tenant for several years with just a month or two gap here and there. A huge relief. I think what swings it is the personal touch and the follow up. Clients are people for them, not just the signature on a cheque. A pleasant change.
