José is the best! Within 10 minutes, he gave us two SIM cards with plans that worked for Spain and Europe/UK. Don't go to Vodaphone or any of those places near City Hall for phone cards (I waited in line for 45 minutes and still no one helped me!) José at holaMOBI will help you get SIM cards in record time.

This shop is WAY better than the bigger chains - I needed a cheap phone just so I could have a Spanish number and got one here for 25 euro, installed, set up and ready to go. At the same time Jose replaced my cracked screen protector on my iPhone for 10 euros with a gel cover made to order to the size of my iPhone 7 Plus - not even the apple store in London was able to offer this service?! Lovely chap and super helpful. Would recommend to everyone

Excellent guy got us hooked up for only 10 euro. His English was ok and he tried to understand us in our bad Spanish. Also he took the time to explain the APN issue that we’ll have in Portugal and tell unbound a helpful YouTube. Highly recommended

José was super helpful! Not only did we get a great deal for our phones, (just moved here from USA), but stayed through lunch to help us when one of our phones would not unlock and even offered to take us to lunch! If you read this Jose we just got it unlocked! At&t are rough to deal with. We will be by soon to also get internet. Great experience overall would recommend anyone to go here.

Jose was very helpful. When I had a problem with an internet service online, we went to his shop to see if he could help. He took all of our information and contacted our internet provider directly. When that didn't work, he contacted his supplier and worked out our problem. We now have internet in our apartment and it's thanks to the kindness and generosity of Jose. I would highly recommend him everyone.
