A trendy and upscale restaurant located in the centre of the Eixample district, the atmosphere is lively and gregarious though with a refined air. The service here is friendly and the food of very high quality. I had the Patatas bravas Goya, Steak Tartare and 70% Tarta de Chocolate, all of which were delicious. Highly recommend this establishment on a trip to Valencia.

What a lovely meal! Make sure to make a reservation if you want to try their amazing rices (paella) as they need to prepare them in advance for you. The atmosphere is very good, the wine list is ok, but the food really shines (as it should). We are definitely visiting again whenever we are back in Valencia.

Best paella we’ve had after living in Valencia for a month. Very classy interior and slightly formal atmosphere, but not intimidatingly so. Very good service throughout the night. We had a fantastic bottle of white Rioja which I’d happily order again. The highlight of the night was the food, especially the monkfish paella. We had a variety of their unique tapas dishes which were all fantastic. Go here, you won’t regret it!

Elegant experience. Quite busy around 3-4pm when we visited. We are not Spanish food connoisseurs, but we liked everything we tasted, which included paella valenciana, cod and jamon croquettes. They also have a QR code to scan for the day's specials. For clueless tourists like us, know you can order drinks that are not on the drinks menu, like beer (they had one on tap), sodas, coffee, etc.
Lastly, be sure to preorder your paella and make a reservation!!

An amazing paella experience. The stock is rich and delicious, soccorat exactly, EXACTLY as expected. Delicious and crispy. The paella is brought to the table and the best or most difficult ones require 24 hours pre order, including the most traditional, the Valenciana.

If you are lucky as we were, enough people will have ordered it that a table of two is manageable, but it really is best to call or email ahead to get a choice of dish.

In any case, some of the best rice you will have in your life and a delicious set of starters to enjoy too, we enjoyed the tarta De escalivada greatly too.

Thank you so much, loved every bite!

Absolutely incredible culinary journey for the taste buds. Croquettes are delightful. The zucchini flowers with truffle are one of the best things I’ve ever experienced. The outside seating is a treat as well.

Really outstanding place. Great atmosphere, good service and everything in the menu looked fantastic. The tomato/tuna salad was an espectacular plate. Very well served and prepared, with much more than just tomato and tuna. Then we had the carabinero tails with fried egg and fries. That was out of this world. The flavour of the carabineros was amazing and the combination with egg and fries made it a very special plate. Then we had fideua which is one of the best i’ve ever tried (and i’ve tried a lot). Really well prepared, consistency, flavor, everything. Lastly we had a black rice with artichokes which was also delicious but just a tiny bit salty. For deserts we got the cheese cake made up of goat cheese and a mandarine sorbete. Both were really really good too. All in one, great experience. I want to get back and try the rest of the menu for sure! Another highlight, wine was very reasonably priced.

You can't go to Valencia and not get pallela. Goya Gallery provides some of the most delicious pallela we had on the entire trip. The socarrat was drool worthy. It is definitely recommended to order your pallela ahead of time. We went with the traditional pallela. Take me back! The service was great, the atmosphere was modern and sleek, and the food was awesome.

One thing we found out is that in Valencia it's generally safer to make a reservation if there's a particular restaurant you want to dine at. Especially ones that are known for their paella, some even require pre order. Fortunately Goya could fit us in for lunch. It is recommended on the Michelin Guide for good reasons. The service was great, recommending local traditional dishes. The burrata starter and paella main was delicious! By the time we were done, the restaurant was full with what appeared as plenty paella takeaways!
Note: Goya requires pre order for paella that contain meat.

I have been a couple of times now and this is definitely one of the best places for authentic paella in Valencia. The traditional one (with rabbits etc.) is best, but so are the others. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and a great atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was at this restaurant. The appetizers were excellent as well as the entrees. Prices were reasonable. As a party of four, we ordered two bottles of wine, four bottles of aqua con gas, several appetizers, and four entrees. Our bill was €200. A bargain for the quality! My only complain, reason for four stars on service, is the waitress brought us a different wine than we requested that cost three times the one we wanted. Fortunately we caught the error before she opened the bottle — intentional or not — and was brought the correct wine. Btw, they have a large selection of wine. We will return soon!

We had a fantastic lunch here. With the lobster fideua and to start the truffle egg and smoked tuna eggplant. Excellent venue, great service, reasonable prices and delicious. What more could you ask for.

Two words to review this resto: Glorious food!

It is also reasonably priced. Try the award-winning croquetas and the paella del Segnoret con una botella de Muga rosado and you wont be dissapointed !

I have to say the food was delicious! We ordered ahead for a special rice main with short rib and black puddings ( well worth it). The atmosphere in the restaurant is very good and you feel you are eating somewhere special. On this occasion Nicholas looked after us so well. It was a pleasure to discuss the food with him and take his advice.
