Excellent service, Very professional and helpful staff here, expecialy Sasha. She went an extra steps to assist me in getting the vodafone internet and prepaid card. Usually vodafone staff are mostly ok and I have met really bad once, but not here. She is a great asset to the company.

Best place for international students to temporarily change their phone plans! Ask for Mara, she speaks English and deserves a raise for going above and beyond helping me!

Like everyone else, I’ve been hassled and pressured to spend more than I want and plans I don’t need at the “cell phone store.” BUT, not here. The person who helped me actually helped me. Instead of selling me a new phone, she checked my old one and explained that for much less money I could just get a new battery at the brand’s boutique one street away. Then she said, let’s look at your plan and I thought, here comes the sales pitch. To my surprise, she said, “Oh, we can change you to an unlimited plan for €8 less per month .” Wait, more data for less money, what’s the catch? There was none! My next monthly bill was for the lower amount and no more worrying about using “too much” data. Okay, the savings won’t pay for a new car, but what a great attitude and helpful service.
