It is pretty hidden and isolated in a tiny street in the center of Valencia. The environment was accommodating and relaxing. The food was awesome. The grilled octopus is one of the best dishes we ever ate in Spain. Seafood paella was excellent.
Good wine for the price it costs.
Service was good and polite!

Visiting Valencia for Las Fallas is an incredible experience, but finding a great restaurant is also part of the fun. It can be a challenge as the window to eat between Fallas activities and lunch dinner can be short. So it is best to plan ahead. We had a great apartment across from
La Sarieta, so before heading to the Mascletá, we stopped by to see about a reservation. They were completely booked, but opted to squeeze us in anyway. We were so grateful. We got back from the blast quickly to retrieve our table to honor the last-minute reservation, and the restaurant did not disappoint. The service was friendly, and the food, especially the paella valenciana was superb. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine and loved the cozy atmosphere. The price was very reasonable for what we ordered and I would absolutely return.

This place was soooo good, we made reservations and came back. The garlic shrimp was so tasty, I dipped 4 pieces of bread in the olive oil & garlic, It was sweet and savory all in one. I had a traditional "stew" of rice in broth with white beans, pork and turnips. The calimari was very light and flavorful and we had the fried camonbere (sp.) with bilberry marmalade sauce. Topped off with a coffee and cheesecake with cranberry topping. They also gave us a shot of a traditional liqueur that had anise and other spices. It was awesome!

Absolutely delicious paella Valenciana. Also rabbit stew/soup was good but definitely preferred the paella. It would have been even more perfect if they had the snails, but either way this is my go to place when showing friends and family around Valencia. It’s in an adorable alleyway right near the main attractions of the old city.

Nice, small old school restaurant, good service, excellent paella, wine, Perrier water and crema catalana...all for 53 euros. What's not to like?

Charming wait staff who combine polite formality with genuine warmth, fantastic food (we ordered paella Valenciana, sardines, and bread; the bread came with a small side dish of tasty salmorejo and olives), a great wine list, and a delightful setting make this spot our favorite in Valencia. We particularly appreciated the well-separated tables outside on a quiet side street -- a rare and highly desired find for people avoiding eating indoors during the Covid pandemic. Highly recommended!

What an absolute delight. For 22.50 euros we had a selection of 8 tapas, Paella Valenciano 3 mini desserts and a sweet fortified wine to finish, also included were bread and olives. Local busking musicians added to the ambience and all the staff were helpful and friendly. An excellent way to end our Valencian break.

Kind staff and great food. I cannot speak Spanish and the staff doesn't speak English, but he tried very hard to understand my demands, and as a result, the food I chose was very satisfactory (I ordered baby calamari , Paella Valencia, and a glass of sangria). FYI, for Korean, it's a little bit salty, so you may want to tell the staff about your preference of saltiness.

A charming little place tucked down a side street near the cathedral. Excellent, friendly service, very delicious paella, and generous portions. There was music playing but it wasn't obtrusive and the light levels were comfortable too.

Fabulous location and friendly staff. We ordered a Valencian paella which was a 40 minute wait as prepared from scratch. It was absolutely worth the wait as we enjoyed some olives, fresh bread and wine.

Would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Lovely cosy restaurant in an alley.. not what you’d expect really. I was a bit weary at first. However, the whole place was booked out when we visited. We came back an hour later to try it out. Worth it! The outdoor seating Area looked cute though not very spacious. We were seated inside. Great food and lovely service. The paella was delicious as were the prawns! Definitely worth checking out.
