What a gem of a hotel!
Great location, fabulous staff, lovely breakfast and nice little extras too!
The welcome was efficient and the glass of cava on arrival was a lovely touch too.
Staff friendly, helpful and genuinely smiley.
Hotel was spotless, well maintained, staff were neat, tidy and well turned out.
Rooms a good size for short stays with everything you need in them.
The coffee and pastries available each afternoon an evening were a lovely bonus too.
WiFi was good.
Nothing to grumble about, would highly recommend for a city break in Barcelona!

The location was wonderful. Very close to Liceu and Catalunya metro stations. There are many options nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Self-service coffee is available between 1200 and 2000. We did not have the breakfast but it is available for purchase

This place is definitely deserves the 5 star review for a 3 star hotel.

The location is the best in Barcelona, right in the middle of the Gothic quarter, surrounded by beautiful cafes, and boutique shops. Also, it is in the center of all of the main attractions.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very helpful.

The best hotel for its value.

It's perfect location wise. It in situated in the quite part of the Gothic Quarter; stones throw away from the stunning Catedral de Barcelona. We stayed in a double room (without a balcony). The rooms are very clean. The only issue is that there isn't a real window. The only window in the room looked out into the hotel itself. The staff and service are very good - they welcome you with a cava, they left chocolates in the room and also a small bottle of cava. Given that we couldn't find a single hotel due to this Mobile World Conference in Barcelona, this was a great find in the end!

This was our first time in Barcelona. It's the first time that we've booked with this company and we highly recommend it. All of the staff were fantastic. So helpful. We would stay here again or with the same hotel group anytime. Thank you everyone for a great stay.

Larger rooms for smaller hotel. Very clean and modern. Excellent staff, food and light lunch and coffee offered from 12:00pm until 6:00pm for guests free of charge. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne and nuts, trail mix, etc.
Alicia, Alfonso and Delio at the concierge desk are superb! Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The offered excellent advice and tips to make our outings and restaurant selections extra special. They made our stay truly amazing. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back in the near future.

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. This was our first family holiday as a 3 with our 8 month old baby. I asked for a travel cot and kettle and it was in the room on arrival. Check in was smooth and easy, greeted with a glass of cava. Room was pristine clean and aircon was just right. Smart tv perfect to keep little one entertained whilst in the room. Daily clean in room, cleaners would tidy up also which was lovely. Breakfast included was great, fried eggs and bacon plus bread, cereals, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, cheese, ham. All the staff members were really friendly. Location bang on. Shopping central and plenty going on! All pedestrianised great for pram! I am so pleased!!!!

We arrived at 8:00am and the previous guests did not check out yet. The staff let us know that once they checked out and the cleaning crew would immediately work to let us in. We checked in around 10:00am. We were very appreciative and had a wonderful stay. Also the breakfast is excellent. The salad and fruit are the best.

The service here is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Super central.

Great location in the historic center. 5 minute walk to the Cathedral (and Roman center) and 5 minute walk to Thr Rambles and the subway station. Helpful staff, good breakfast including cooked to order eggs. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Quiet. The tub-shower is raised from the floor and there is no handrail for the long step down getting out of the shower. Would be an issue for someone not steady on their feet. We would stay again. Spent 4 nights. Free glass of Cava on arrival, which is nice!

The room service people are different during the week then on the weekends. We could tell the maids during the week did not make the beds well and didn't give us small towels. I always bring small towels with me when I travel. So the weekend maid took my personal towel and put in some hotel small towels. My husband called the front desk and I was able to get my towel back. The AC was noisy. And would leak water in the middle of the night. They let us check in early which we are very grateful for!! Great place to stay!!

Location was perfect in gothic quarter on a nice little street. Reception desk was so kind and very helpful. Bedroom was amazing had AC unit and the most comfortable beds with extra linens. Spacious room. Huge bathroom. Thank you so much ! Loved our stay

Right in the middle of everything. Room is clean and bright. Lovely little court yard and free cava on arrival (1 glass).

Noise level is tolerable but it seemed that walls are thin because i could hear a man walking upstairs and coughing.

Bathroom is reasonably small but has a bidet and tub shower so may not be easy access to elderly. Amenities were provided including shower, shampoo, conditioner even toothbrush and comb.

I was not a big fan of the wall hair dryer but it did its work.

This H10 hotel was the perfect stay for our group during our time in Barcelona.

- FANTASTIC LOCATION: Staying in the Gothic Quarter, we were within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Las Ramblas.
- FRIENDLY STAFF: The staff was kind, gracious, and accommodating and gave us some wonderful recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the city. They even served us champagne at check-in which made us feel so special - such a wonderful welcome after a long day of travel!
- CLEAN ROOMS: We booked a 3-person room and were impressed with the size as we were all able to sleep comfortably and spread out our luggage without feeling like we were on top of each other. There were two sinks in the bathroom, a spacious shower, good closet space, and a small balcony. We were also super impressed with how sound-proof the door and windows were...it could be very loud outside being in the heart of the Gothic Quarter but we always had a quiet, peaceful night's sleep.
- DECILICIOUS BREAKFAST: We paid extra to have breakfast included during our stay and we are SO glad we did. They had a fantastic variety of breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, and yogurts and they even cooked us fresh eggs and bacon in the morning. Plenty of water, juice and coffee as well. It was nice knowing a delicious breakfast was easily waiting for us downstairs rather than having to deal with the stress of finding a place to eat first thing in the morning. We were able to wake up, grab some food, and start our day exploring!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were so grateful to find this wonderful hotel. I will definitely look into booking another H10 hotel in the future!

It was spacious, clean, good amenities. Very convenient position for visiting the Gothic Quarter and there beach.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel, and I'm sure we'll be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our current room has more space and nearly 20-foot ceilings. We've been in smaller rooms here as well, but always ample. The staff is available at the desk 24 hours/day, and always very friendly. The location in the Gothic Quarter is very convenient to restaurants, shops and the Metro.

Amazing location! Rooms are clean and tidy and offer everything you might want from an hotel room including background music and jacuzzi. Staff are amazing and very helpful when it comes to places to eat and what to visit in the city. There wasn't a single fault with this hotel during my stay and I would certainly recommend it to everyone travelling to Barcelona

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Five star service by their staff. Even though their elevator was broken, they made our stay comfortable and simple. The hotel is also located right in the middle of every thing. Such a great location. Will return.
