We enjoy a lot every time we visit Bauhaus because of the big collection of products they offer and the competitive prices. Miriam's attention was a game changer but many times most of the staff personnel will gladly help you to choose whatever tool you may need.

Thanks to Maria Jose P. In Marratxi fir making my experience stress free in Bauhaus. I hope the management take notice of kind people who care about service as much as she does because it’s becoming a thing if the past with the self check put machines. We can but everything online today but customer care will always be needed so I hope management will regard people like Maria Jose as an asset.

Even though I've experienced a really bad incident (which indeed might happen), after being a happy BAUHAUS customer for many years, they came up with a satisfying solution for me. We visited Bauhaus to buy a barbecue. Paula S. was so helpful and gave us all of the information we needed about the barbecues and accessories. We noticed that she served a German couple before us, she spoke in German and English with them, and once she knew we didn’t speak much Spanish she spoke in English with us. We were very impressed with her customer service and her professionalism. Once we chose the one we wanted she and a colleague took down the box from the shelves and Paula even cleaned the top of the box because it was so dusty. Paula also offered to help lift the barbecue into the car. She went above and beyond and she was an absolute pleasure to meet. Thank you.

Once I arrived I asked someone for help.and he told me i can't reserve or order and was rude unhelpful. I walked around the corner and found Abdellah (King of hardware) who was very very helpful. He went over and above and offered an amazing service very informative. Took safety first ensuring the job got done correctly. He is the best member of staff I have ever seen. Amazing customer service very friendly very helpful and helped us order our products. Thank you very much 10* service.

We bought a big wardrobe, thankfully Abdellah from the Hardware helped us a lot, organized suitable shelves for us and also the brackets. Then he also packed the wardrobe in the car for us, which was practically impossible. We felt like he really tried to make everything perfect for us. We really enjoyed the purchase and thanks to Abdellah we got everything we needed quickly:)

I needed to replace the air conditioning in my apartment in Port de Pollensa. I arranged the whole thing by email and telephone from the UK, including an inspection visit (€50 refunded against the order). Bauhaus staff were exceptionally helpful and the price was very good for the complete job, including taking out the old units. I arranged to be in Mallorca for the installation, which was very ably completed by the Bauhaus sub-contractor from Alcudia in a day.
