Easy and fast pick-up and service. We opted for the 2000 Euro deposit/deductible.

On the contract and damage sheet it said the car is without any damages or scratches but there was some when we picked up the car. The employee at the pick up said that it will not be a problem, we should take pictures and show them once we drop off the car. So we took photos and so far it was not an issue since the guy at the drop off looked at them and assured we will get the whole deposit back.

We took pictures of the whole car at pick up and at drop off and recorded the conversion at drop off. We would recommend taking pictures of the car to everyone, just to be on the safe side :)

I ordered car a car on the website with full cover and zero excess with really good price. Showed up in the airport, spent 2 minutes for additional check in, staff were extremely helpful and kind.
Picked up a car and drop it off without any issues.
They return fuel deposit the very next day.
Trustworthy company, no hidden fees and additional random upsells as usually happens with car rental.

Five stars overall. I booked a Opel Crossland but received a similar car, DR 4. Overall the car was good, didn't have any issues.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was difficult to find the parking lot at return, there are signs but you need to pay a lot of attention to them.

Firstly the amount of staff on the check-in day was more than enough to provide a first-class service. I didn't wait a minute literally. I got the complete insurance and that's it! Nothing else to worry about.

We were concerned after we had booked Record Go, as there are quite a few bad reviews but we only had a positive experience.
It is easy to find at the airport, collection was simple and finding the vehicle was simple too. There are directions and signs around the airport to find the company.
The vehicle itself had a few dents and scratches, but was still in good condition-clean and neat inside. We had a Fiat 500 X and it did the job.
Drop off was easy too and our deposits were returned within 48 hours. We would definitely use Record Go Mallorca Airport again and we would recommend as a good, easy service.

Overall a positive experience. The Fiat 500 was a great match for the small roads in the city and did a good job going up and down in the mountains.

Everything was easy and efficient, with no fuss.

Good rental company when booking directly on their website. Only issue we had was receiving a dirty car (only on the outside) and after nicely asked why it was dirty, we got a free upgrade from a Medium sized car to an Alfa Romeo SUV.

Very nice and smooth process. Smart check-in system and easy drop of. I have been refunded the fuel deposit quite quickly so no hassle at all.

Quick and easy car rental.
We found RecordGo about 2mints walking after exit.
Car park located around 4mints walking on 1st floor airport car park. Pickining go well, keys + form with already filled damages etc/scratches etc.

Returning similar, lady said if damages are less than 4cm (if you discover anything or made anything during rental period) that doesn't count. Pretty clever 👌🏻

We was surprised (so positive!) Cause renting car every holiday/journey and never had so easy car rental.
Rest of car hiring companies always renting cheap, doing inaccurate photos and when you returning it - moaning about damage here and there or scratches....and charging you additional couple hundreds....

We rented a black Toyota Yaris from this company for our holiday in Mallorca. The car had an automatic transmission, was very clean, no scratches and with very few kilometers.
It also had a reversing camera. We enjoyed the car very much for the days we used it.
The lady who rented us the car was very kind, spoke perfect English and informed us that she would hold 78 euros from my credit card as a deposit and that it would be returned within a week, which was returned on time.
Car delivery from a building opposite the airport terminal.
We picked up with full tank and delivered with full tank as well.
We will definitely prefer this car rental company in the future.

I almost canceled our reservation because of the bad reviews, but we had no issues at all. We paid the $200 full insurance so that we didn’t have any issues, and got the car we requested (although it was electric, we didn’t have any issues finding charging ports). Overall pleasant and easy experience!

Easy pickup of the car at the airport Palma. Very friendly and helpful employee at the counter. Also the return of the car was really easy and fast. The deposit was cashed back within 2 hours on my account. We were really suprised about the great service and clean car and we will come back for sure, next time in Mallorca

I must admit that based on some reviews, I was apprehensive about renting a car. But the reality was different. Fast service at the airport, the car in excellent condition exactly as per the reservation, trouble-free car return, and within 3 days they returned the deposit - both the rental and fuel deposit. A 5-star experience. I would gladly use their services again next time.

Very smooth pick up and drop off procedure. I ve choosed the Just Go option and it took max 5 min to fill up the forma and pick up the car. Received a 2023 car very good and very clean.
Excellent quality for the money.

Trouble free experience from start to finish. Pick up office is clearly sign posted at Mallorca airport, car was washed and perfectly clean. No problems throughout the hire period.
Drop off bays are also clearly sign posted on return to the airport. As with all car rentals make sure you make a quick video of all around the car at pick up.
RecordGo was the most competitively priced rental I could find, highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Hired a Fiat 500 through RecordGo at Palma airport. Placed order on line prior to visit and included Total Comfort Cover. Everything went very smoothly from pick up to drop off. Received fuel deposit back promptly. We did make sure the care was clean inside (gave the footwells a hoover) and of course returned the car with a full tank less that 10KM from airport.
No problems and would use again based on our experience.
