I had such a great time at Natuzzi in El Corte Ingles on Diagonal street, thanks to Sonia! She really helped my partner and me pick out the perfect armchair. Sonia was super friendly, patient, and just made the whole experience easy and fun. I totally recommend her awesome customer service to anyone looking for furniture at the shop in Barcelona. Muy contento con mi visita a la tienda y con el servicio al completo. En todo momento me han sabido entender y asesorar. El sofá llegó incluso antes de lo esperado. Me lo han guardado 10 días y no he tenido que pagar nada más por ello. El trato ha sido muy profesional y elegante en todo momento. Su directora, muy próxima.

Luxury Italian furniture store, natuzzi is famous for their leather and comfortable sofas and armchairs but they have almost everything. However the main collections are sofas and the assortment of tables or chairs for example is more limited. You can order anything from the catalogue and choose the finishings you want. I put a one star less because of the staff. Considering it's a luxury shop it doesn't get busy and I went there 3 times and always I was the only one in the shop. Having said that you would assume the staff to be a bit more attentive but honestly I was barely able to get "hola" from them. They should put a bit more effort into attending their customers.
