We decided to try out this restaurant when visiting the Real Monastery shortly after Christmas in 2023, and were pleasantly surprised by the food, hospitality and the overall atmosphere! Very well located, it's a perfect stop for taking a break and enjoy local delicacies before or after a visit to the Monastery. I ordered a grilled octopus and it was absolutely delicious. Although it was very busy that day, the staff managed to make a table available to us (3 people) and provided an extra blanket as we wanted to sit outside but it was a bit chilly that day. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast and fast service! We had toast with guacamole and tomato with coffee (€4.5) and Spanish tortilla with orange juice (also €4.5).
Breakfast is served until 12.30.
Staff didn’t speak English but at least there is EN menu available via QR code.

Excellent place to eat and have a drink. I was there last week and was amazing. The server Ivan was super nice and diligent. Service in Spain in different than USA, I had issues in other restaurants in Spain but certainly not this one. Ivan was supper fast and very friendly!

Wonderful Galician Steak to share at a very reasonable price. The attention to detail, service, bar staff, and waiters at a very high standard, friendly and very professional. This is the third time I've had the amazing meat. Drinks at the bar are a pleasure too, marvelous ambience.

Fantastic Tapas place set by a little square next to the monastery. The food is delicious, we had a great selection of meat, seafood and veggie tapas that were recommended to us by the super friendly staff. Our waiter Ivan gave exceptional service, and we’d definitely recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting the town.

Nice surprise, beautiful terrace which might look like a tourist trap. However the food is innovative and very tasty. Not expensive at all.

On the main square of the town this is the only tapas bar where you can eat all day. They have a terrace on the square a bit further away from their entrance. Although it is a tapas bar the menu not much different then the others. Kind service and good coffee. Same prices than others.

Ku4Tro is a great modern tapas bar in San Lorenzo de El Escorial in a fantastic location. Having been many times I prefer sitting inside however the terrace in summer is hard to beat locally.

As a vegan I usually have the same dish everything, an enjoyable burger but it's 5 stars for location and hospitality. A perfect place to bring friends when visiting San Lorenzo de El Escorial.

Had a lovely time there, food was great, had a savoury stew dish recommended by the server behind the bar that was delicious! Server was very friendly and they spoke great English there
