Prima appartement. Netjes en schoon

We stayed here with five girls. There isn’t a lot of storage in the apartment. Also the kitchen equipment isn’t enough for five or six people. Overall the apartment was good. The airconditioning was a positive point! The location of the apartment was perfect. Its a good enough apartment if you stay for a short amount of time and with not a lot of people. We didn’t stay everday in the house.

No está mal, aunque no es tan acogedora ni tiene tanto confort al no tener ascensor ni cojines y escucharse ruidos de los vecinos, pero la casa está en buen estado y todo bien

Location of apartment is good, free on street parking (if you can find a space) and a supermarket close by.

The apartment itself is in need of some repairs and cleaning though. The outdoor patio area off the kitchen is terrible and overlooked by every single apartment on the floors above. It's also very dark.

The kitchen is basic and has very limited utensils etc. It doesn't have a kettle.

The bathroom is small and has black mould on the ceiling and in the shower cubicle, as shown in the photos.

The living room has a sofa bed, although the end of the sofa is broken and loose.

The bedrooms are spacious enough although the twin bedroom has no locks on the windows, as they have obviously been broken and removed previously.

There is a broken light switch, potentially exposing live wires.

The main entrance door has electrical wires stuck to the back of it with sellotape.

The noise from other apartments is easily heard.
