A few years ago my husband and I decided we wanted to buy a property in Valencia but we had no idea how to go about it. We found The Spanish Brick via the internet and we are so happy that we did. They arranged viewings for us and set us up with a lawyer for the legal side who arranged our Spanish bank accounts, NIE numbers, property sale and related direct debits for the property.

Our property was an old one that needed a complete refurbishment. The Spanish Brick arranged for quotes, completion of the work and regular updates and photographs of progress. Following this they arranged delivery and assembly of our furniture and have resolved any maintenance issues ever since. Daniel is in regular contact with us still and always offers us good advice on anything we ask.

This company delivers excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble for them. They made the buying process very easy and quite enjoyable for us and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone looking to buy a property in Valencia.
