Natalia, Gema and, previously, Roberto, shortly the whole La Home inmobiliaria is the reason we are able to make one of the most wonderful dream a real and incredibly exciting project: a villa in Valencia! And in La Canyada, a place we discovered in summer 2022 and which we fell in love almost immediately with. After a short holiday there we decided to explore more and, luckily, we got in touch with La Home. They have helped us every step of the way, going far over the normal service you would expect from a real estate agency! In a few months we had seen enough properties to decide to move on a chosen one and, with the help of Natalia, we got it at a reasonable price and with all the papers in order, Gema and herself were there all along until the signature by the notary! We couldn't be happier and we could not recommend them more, as someone already noticed in the reviews they are more than just real estate agents, there is a good chance they will be the first friends you will make in Valencia!!

In my opinion , La Home it’s not just a real estate agency. It's beyond that, it’s as its name means The Home.

Since I’ve planned to move to Spain precisely to Valencia, I was looking for a professional and more particularly trustful real estate agency with an English speaking agent as a foreigner with no word of Spanish language and with a very tight schedule (15 days only) to visit as many houses as I could.

La Home was the perfect match to my situation back then, beside the welcoming and professional office at la Canyada, La Home got the best staff members from its Manager on the name of Natalia to its real estate agents and one of the best is Roberto. La Home is the greatest real estate agency that I have ever known in Valencia compared to all the seven other ones that I visited.

Natalia, La Home’s Manager is an exceptional person, so professional, committed to help me to get my house in Valencia with Roberto. Natalia was so helpful with all the purchase process, requirements, procedures, conditions, paperwork, taxes, notary, … mad it so easy to understand and so simple to follow, as per her communications skills and professionalism, very knowledgeable with an up to date information with regard to the housing market, either administratively talking or technically speaking. Throughout the months, we became good friends.

Furthermore, Roberto is more than a real estate agent working for la Home. We became good friends too. He is a trusted person, so welcoming, professional, dedicated, thoughtful, respectful and empathique and he was just above and beyond my expectations.

Roberto was a perfect bilingual (Spanish/English) he was able to :
1- understand my needs within a timely manner ( which kind of properties I was looking for ? house, duplex appartement…) , where? ( the right neighborhood) and why ? (taking in consideration my budget)
2- arrange so many visits within a 2 business days (following our 1st meeting)
3- follow up with me on a daily basis.

Natalia and Roberto helped me and my family to get our dream house within a couple of days as they were working so hard (24/7 ) and used all communications means ( emails, calls, virtual visits…).

Si quieres vender alguna propiedad, este es tu sitio. Vendido en menos de mes y medio. He visto cómo tratan a los compradores también. El modo de trabajar es simplemente profesional, allí entienden de qué va esto de vender, otras inmobiliarias están en cobrar y sin importarles que y como, o simplemente bajando los precios para que les sea más fácil vender, aquí no funcionan así. Concretamente tú persona es Narine, además de hablar varios idiomas, su vocación de servicio y ayuda es única, un valor seguro. El resto del equipo es TOP en la misma medida. Vuelvo con ellos seguro, he ganado dinero, así que de eso se trata.
