When we first spoke, she was not able to help me due to my specifications, but she said that she would keep looking for something that may be suitable.

I assumed that she was not going to do this in reality, but to my surprise she did! She contacted me on more than one occasion checking to see if I still needed assistance, offering me what may be options, and always giving a personal touch.

As a foreigner who does not speak Spanish well, finding a rental in Valencia can be quite difficult. Many agencies do not respond to emails, messages or phone calls. Those who do are not always professional. My experience at aProperties was excellent.
