This is a very late review, but better late than never! Graham is fantastic person to work with on getting a property in Valencia! We ended up not buying with him, thanks to him getting our heads straight. He had asked very insightful questions, showed us around and was very honest and open with us, so we were able to figure out what is that we really want - and it just happened not to be Valencia, alas. Paul and Graham, are the best in the business. From start to finish and even post closing, they guide you seamlessly along the way to help you buy your Spanish property. As an American, buying in Spain is complicated, but they make it easy. If you are on the fence about using them, just do it. They are professionals and earn my highest possible recommendation.

I honestly can not say enough about the help that we got from our agent during the entire time of our purchase. Not only did he help with the intricacies of purchasing from overseas, but he also helped bridge the language gap when needed. Furthermore, they are also very well connected and can help with any services that you can possibly require with your purchase. Our agent guided us through the entire process. I couldn’t imagine dealing with any other agency if we had to go through the process again.

Rule 1 of Spain Property Club is not "Do not talk about Spain Property Club". It's "Get someone on your side who know what they are doing". However many times you have bought and sold property in the UK or the USA or the Netherlands or wherever, that experience counts for little in Spain.

The people of Valencia Property definitely know what they are doing. We have now bought two apartments in Valencia six years apart. The first time we had tried the do-it-yourself approach for almost a year and got nowhere. Within a couple of months of finding Graham online we were moving in to our apartment in El Carmen. When we decided it was time to upgrade we were never in doubt and this time it was mostly Gavin that guided us through the process.

If we ever decide, for whatever reason, to go through the whole process again our first call would be to Valencia Property.

As newbies in a paperwork happy land, we often felt like we didn’t have the whole picture, or that we were in a series of unfortunate events, but Graham and Jessica never flinched, often stealth in the background (that’s a good thing, you want that!), and we’re JUST about to close on our home.
