My husband and I had the most wonderful experience working with Marta and Micaela in order to obtain a DNV. They made the process incredibly easy, they were very attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions and concerned. The necessary documents and steps to obtain this visa are very confusing for a non-Spanish speaker so we could have never done it without them. Because of their hard work and guidance we were approved for the visa on the first try and they even made our finger prints appointment at the local police station after our visa was approved. Their fee was very reasonable and they completed everything they pledged to do and more. They are so excellent and would recommend their service 100%!

I do not know how I would have obtained my visa to go live in Spain without the help of Carbray. Vera, Magdalena, and the entire staff were super helpful, holding my hand through the whole process. I hired Carbray International in 2023 to help my now Spanish husband and I (American) go through the process of marriage in Spain as well as residency – and I honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say about the immigration team.

Before signing a contract I had an initial consultation with Annie. By the end of our initial conversation I was ready to sign because she was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she presented everything as if she were a lifelong friend that had my back (this really stood out to me compared to other consultations I had). Marta was the other immigration attorney that helped us, and she was just as amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly as Annie - as well as the entire back office team.

The process was very difficult because of Spanish bureaucracy; however, the entire team always stood by our side in navigating the complex process. Even halfway through Madrid changed the rules but the team still stood by our side and told us how to proceed with the new guidelines – all the way until I had the TIE in my hands.

I recommend them 100%. We would not have been able to do this without them, and I am looking forward to hiring them again when it’s time to do my citizenship.

Extremely responsive group. They helped us throughout the entire visa process and getting through all registration requirements in Spain. It was worth the money for their helpfulness in answering continual questions, making appointments for us and overcoming language and cultural hurdles. The process would have been much more difficult without them. We would use Carbray again.

Although we could probably have muddled our way through the process ourselves, there was definitely some information we got from our attorneys that we wouldn’t have figured out on our own via the consulate website, etc.
One of the most valuable things the staff provided was making appointments for the empadronamiento and the TIE cards (both application and pick up) once we were in Barcelona. Those appointments are extremely challenging to get, and Carbray took care of all of it for us.

Marta, Ariana and the back office team were wonderful in guiding me on the NLV visa. They prepared materials and provided sound advice. I submitted my materials to the San Francisco Consulate and received my visa in 5 weeks, which, by all accounts, was less time than average (8-12 weeks). I recommend them highly.
