Hotel Catalonia Ramblas

Well we arrived to the most beautiful reception. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We went over to the bar and got an amazing cocktail from Cristian. He spoke with us about what type of flavours we like. It was a gin cocktail and was so light and fresh. Super drink …… Super Guy 👌

Lovely stay ! . Central location good. Nice clean rooms.
Great service , also Christian (bar) Joyce and colleagues at the pool. Luckily great weather, able to enjoy very nice pool.

Great hotel, great staff and location.

My only complaint was that the walls are very thin and you can head doors banging, other guests in the hallway. Light sleepers be aware. But other than that was brilliant.

On a separate note the WIFI coverage was superb across the entire hotel.

The hotel was a last minute decision. The hotel were fantastic. We enjoyed our room, the service and all of the accommodations. Cristian at the downstairs bar was very friendly, professional and took great care of us on the first night. We saw him other nights and was very helpful.

Very nice staff here. Nice rooms, good location, buy food and drinks are a bit pricey as expected. Ivan is a very nice fella and makes great drinks.. recommend

Shout out to Cristian in the lobby bar for bring an absolute sweetheart- not only did he make amazing cocktails but he provided a welcoming haven on our return from dinner on the 5 nights we stayed at Catalonia Ramblas. He made our stay more special because of his excellent hosting and cocktail making skills. A memorable trip with my daughters before my 20 year old goes to Australia for a year. Thank you 😊 🙏

Was allowed the opportunity to stay here after a flt gone array. This hotel is fantastic not only in appearance but service!!! There was no need they couldn't or didn't meet, above and beyond my expectations. So refreshing after a long day waiting for 5+ hours to sort out our airline rebooking! Highly recommended this, understand it can be a bit pricey, but with the atmosphere! All of the staff went above and beyond!

We have absolutely loved our stay at the Catalonia Ramblas. On our first day we popped into the poolside bar and was greeted by Ivan, who was the ultimate host! Friendly and very professional but importantly for us, he gave us a lot of useful information about where wr should visit while we are in Barcelona. And the martini’s are great!

This hotel is in a brilliant location with a beautiful reception area and rooms (and a roof top bar). Staff were extremely helpful and friendly- especially the bar staff (Christian aka “Bev” made our visit one to remember)! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

We had a wonderful stay at the Catalonia Ramblas. The entire staff was amazing but I would like to especially recognize the breakfast team. They all made us feel like family every morning and started our day off with a smile before exploring this wonderful city. Thank you for everything. We miss you already.

Shoutout to Ivan!! Great service and very attentive. After a full-on day sightseeing around beautiful Barcelona Ivan was a very friendly and kind waiter when we sat on the terrace and had an aperitif. Thank you for your kindness and great service.

I stayed for 3 nights and my overall experience was fantastic. I was greeted by Francis at reception during check in and was warmly welcomed. My room was spacious, clean and a very comfy bed and pillows! It was slightly noisy at night due to being next to the lift but when I told them the next morning I swapped rooms without any problems. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities which is an additional cost but I was given complimentary access to improve my overall experience. The location was ideal, very central and good access to public transport making it easier to explore. I would most definitely return again and highly recommend for its excellence service. We had the best service with the most friendly and upbeat staff. Eduard was super attentive, as was Cristian, Juan, and Viviana. Honestly we felt at home and welcome and it was fabulous and delicious. I would completely recommend this 👍

The service, amenities and details of this hotel are amazing. Fantastic location as well - so close to great restaurants, shopping, la ramblas, and metro stations. Every single person went out of their way to be kind and helpful. 10/10 would stay again for sure!!

We had a brilliant stay at Catalonia Ramblas. The hotel is just lovely, our room had everything you could ask for, from robes and slippers, the most comfiest mattress and pillows to inbuilt Bluetooth speaker to play your own music. Breakfast is delicious with a large choice. The location is fantastic with Las Ramblas on your door step but quiet as it’s just off the Main Street. Plus there’s a beautiful roof top terrace with panoramic views. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We are very thankful to the hotel manager for upgrading our room :). We really had a great stay in Hotel Catalonia Ramblas. The reception/service was really good, room was newly renovated, extremely spacious, bed is comfortable, nice view, walking distance and very accessible to most of the tourist destination in Barcelona.

We had a great family meal on the terrace. Eduard did a great job of looking after us and Roberto made wonderful Aperol! Food by chef Dena was delicious and perfect for our family tastes, we had a mix of tapas and burger! We will definitely be back especially for the Rioja! Thank you all

Right in the center, walking distance to everywhere. It is a hotel where we come and stay regularly and are satisfied. We are having great times as a family. Especially Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Raquel at the reception are very friendly and smiling. Hope to see you again...

Rooms great, hotel staff very professional.
Lovely drinks and snacks on the terrace, Anna , Christian and Fuan were great. Anna went the extra mile to help Maddison get the wine that she wanted.

Anna and Ivan were our servers tonight, and we found them to be friendly and helpful. Ivan explained our options when the changes to our pizza order couldn't be accommodated by the kitchen, and we had a great dinner at the bar.
